the reason I made that comment is that a large majority of xbox fans only think of halo, which in my opinion, is one of the most overrated games in recent tears. I lost count of the # of times I've had to say, "there is life beyond halo"

With me, it is a toss up between the Revolution (because you can download the whole collection of Nintendo games), and the PS3. The PS3 is the one which will likely get my money though.

I doubt they will release it for Xbox..Its defintaly for the ps2 or ps3.But i'm guessing [The World] is coming for PS3..Were going to wait a long while. But its going to be worth it.

Or, PC.

Look, the Japanese do not like the XBox. The XBox is less popular even more so over there when compared to the unpopular Gamecube in the States.

So, unless the 360 suddenly is loved by the Japanese for some reason, you won't see any good Japanese games being made for the XBox...without there being at least one version for the PS3 or Revolution.

Yeah, i do remember the edition of OPM that showed sales of systems when PS2 and X-box released, and the PS1 even outsold X-box, along with the Dreamcast lol.

How about Dead or Alive. The creator only uses XBox now.

all right, here's my take on it...

I believe it would be unwise to buy any system specifically on specs, I'm going to wait until there are enough good games on one, and only one, of the systems to meet my expectations. Or until I get enough cash to get one, if the latter is the case, it'll probably be either PS3 or revolution, my confidence in the 360 was low, and the recently discovered flaw has made it nil.

PS3 with out a doubt, free online service, cool games and stunning graphics (think of dot hack with PS3 graphics :D ). I already got like $300 so if it does cost 400 bucks I just need $100 more. (Hope they fix the controller....)

Yeah, they shouldve just bought the dualshock patent (like they couldve, but instead did the dumb move of the "Boomerang".) It'll be weird playing with that weird looking thing lol.

For whatever reason, the PS3 controller reminds me of the N64 one...

probably because of the size, or the shape, it seems to remind me of a bommerang. also the Revolution controller shall be henceforth nicknamed "Nunchaku"

1000!! That has to be a lie, Sony has always beat other consoles by costing less then others. I mean, who would want to buy a $1000 console!?
