Tied between Masaya (I like his personality) and Bith the Black.

Yukichin is also pretty AWESOME.

And I like Mai quite a lot; she's one of the few main characters in .hack who have won my appreciation.

Tokouka. There is something to be deemed worthy of a man who wears nothing but a hawaiian shirt through a series, then wins a fight against 4 security guards with tazer rods. Among the fact he's a likable character.
