"Your words are rather against the job description." Lucia spoke, looking towards Morgan. "It is having too much fun that puts you as a target." She wasn't being hostile when she stated it. After all, logically it was easy to see that enjoying killing is what got you on the list.

"Utsuho..." he said as he read her description. It had only been recently that the man had learned he was in a similar situation... he was an escaped secret weapon who possessed the power of the lost technology to create magical swords, lesser or otherwise. The green-haired man's eyes filled with rage and sorrow as he drew a knife from his side and stabbed it into that report. This woman... he had to find her...

In an odd, Highlander-esque fashion, there could be only one. His eyes met the paper once more before he simply looked at the man, Brian. "Where do I find the man who brought this... This woman and I have something that must be settled!"

"That is surprisingly territorial of you, Knight of Sword Birth." The voice came from the doorway, where a man wearing a black suit & tie with reflective sunglasses stood calmly looking over the group. With a small suitcase in hand, he entered the room in a measured walk as he came up to Brian while Sariabell watched from the vacated doorway. This would be interesting, at least. "But worry not, Zorlo, you'll get your chance, I'm sure."

Turning his gaze to Brain, the man ignored everyone in the room now. It was time for business now. "Mr. Brian? Special Agent 'Kenith Marinaris'. I have money and a problem," he stated, looking at Utsuho's sheet. "Namely, her. Utsuho Lavaliere." He placed down two photo of her, one dated 'Two years ago' & one dated 'Yesterday'. "Can I count on your Agents to take care of this?"

Zorlo gave the man a grim look as he clenched his hand tightly into a fist. "I don't care about the agency or the mission... this is a personal matter for me, you bastard. Its people like her and I that have caused hundreds to suffer. There are literally dozens of unawakened swords that I inherited because your organization went through the process of strenuously converting mortals into weapons. With these swords... I'll make sure that your people... and that woman can never cause harm again," Zorlo stated threateningly.

"I'll deal with that woman, Agent, but when she's done you shan't leave this place alive," Zorlo stated as he shifted, his cloak shifting with him as he stormed out. The man brushed past the dragonic woman without a word as he began his search for this fire user. He'd visit the suffering of hundreds upon this woman... as his first act of vengeance.

(For clarification: There were dozens of people who were tasked with using Sword Birth before Z. Only Z and the original owner can manifest more than a single pseudo-magical sword they named, but it stores all swords that have ever been created in it. Thus, it contains dozens upon dozens of swords who lost their names, but kept their forms saved.)

"Wow, there are emotions in there." Morgan said with a shrug at Zorlo's dramatic exit. "Although, if all it takes to get a rise out of him is to kill a bunch of, presumably innocent, people I wonder why he hasn't tried to kill me yet. Maybe it's my charming personality." He grinned wolfishly up at the others. "Since, apparently, I won't be getting a date with her and it doesn't sound like he wants to be paid for this one, can I have his share?"

Morgan replied to Lucia, "What? I think she's hot, in more than one way. Unlike you, I'm not a robot designed to look like a little girl, so if I weren't part of this organization and I ran into her on the street I'd ask her to dinner and a murder and maybe after that we'd go really crazy and go cause some arson. Oh, and it's not being an evil person that gets you on the list it's being corrupted by Dark Matter, hence why I'm not on the list." He smirked. "She was probably just like you once, devoted to nothing but the mission and that's why she was unable to resist the influence. At first the extra power it gave her was just that, extra power to help her do the job, but eventually it took her over." Morgan turned to Marinaris, "Am I close, Mr. Agent?"

While Kenith nodded in affirmation to Morgan, Sariabell raised an eyebrow at Zorlo's outburst and sudden departure. Now, just what had she missed in her early morning practice? Spending a moment to listen to the random comments in the room, she waved her cell to let Brain know she was going before following after Zorlo. It was a warm day outside, and as she looked around for Zorlo, she caught the sight of a strange, large heat shimmer to the east, outside of town. "Hmm...? I wonder...?" she said to herself as Divine Dividing formed and she took off.

"Utsuho... why are you doing this?" he asked as he clenched his hand tightly again. He started to run down the streets at speed that made cars look slowly before stabbing a sword into the ground and high speed turning to head closer to where the heat was coming from. He couldn't let anyone else fight her... no... he wouldn't let them. He had to try to reach her one last time... he had failed two years ago... he wouldn't fail this time.

Morgan sighed, "This is going to end well." He grabbed a piece of paper from the table and wrote a number down before handing it to Haruka. "My cell. I'll call the office if I find her and/or his body." He pointed at Haruka and Lucia. "You two call me if you find them, if we're not taking the job, or find out something that would be helpful for me to know like where she actually is." He hooked a blue-tooth headset over his ear, grabbed a handgun out of Brian's desk, and plucked a sheathed sword out of the umbrella stand on his way out. The sword he secured to his left hip and the handgun on his right thigh. Not that he expected either to be of much use.

'I...I am quite certain that going on personal vendettas is against the mission.' Lucia looked at the paper. Given the folder's contents, which she had a chance to look over now, it would take only one or two clues to find her. Putting the paper in her pocket, she drew two needles out of an area near her wrist. "Even if the mission will require your death, it is a mission." She closed her eyes for a moment, starting to exit the office.

The Winged girl could see it now. As Zorlo approached the large clearing, a woman stood near the center as the source of the heat image. Even from here, Sariabell could see the level of corruption Utsuho bore as she turned to look a Zorlo with an excited smile. It looked as though she were already partially Wire as both the eye-like protrusion on her chest and the crimson, vein-like lines on her body pulsed like a beating heart. Looking at the the approaching Zorlo, she smiled widely as the grass around Utsuho blacked and the mutated Control Rod on her right arm began to morph. "Yes, yes, yes, YES!!" she yelled with borderline insanity. "Commencing extermination of target!"

Zorlo approached as he held his left hand out and paused. "Utsuho... Utsuho, its me... its Zorlo," he stated as he kept his eyes on her control rod. He could see her corruption... the change... and... his heart sank. He had met her four years ago, when he was first inducted and spoke to her in depth. They'd kept in contact until he had seen her two years ago. Even then he felt something was changing... they had meant to meet up the year before... but fate had intervened.

The death of his squad, the destruction of the base and the scattering of him into the world with his new powers made it impossible for him to find her. Now she stood before him... and his hopes and dreams shattered. Zorlo's eyes teared up slightly as Flarestorm formed up as he noticed the woman's rod turn into a claw. Six fireballs were issued with intense force. Such heat came from them that the simple act of their formation and being launched told him how hot they were before they were even moving towards him.

A flash of his flaming sword quickly redirected a few and prevented the heat from turning him into a liquid or gaseous state, fortunately, but the fight ahead would be difficult. "Utsuho... please remember me... please don't make me do this..."

Haruka, and Vientiane arrived on the scene with Vivianne, "Well don't just stand there, do something!" said Vivianne as Haruka nodded, The ex SEAL then changed her arm into a gun and pointed it at the target, "Utsuho... please remember me... please don't make me do this..." heard Haruka, "Hey! She's gone! We have to do this! it's our job! We're Executioners, and they're targets! You don't reason with a target! You kill! Now get out of there!" shouted Haruka.

The woman seemed unphased by either the failed attack that dusted several trees and rocks, nor by Zorlo's calling her name. "You know of me...?" She laughed a moment. "Then you already know what's gonna happen to you...." she finished as she raised her claw up before her face. "I am a Flame..." Her claw opened and a ball of black flames formed. The heat was staggering. Sariabell winced, feeling the heat high above even as it accosted Haruka, Vientiane, & Vivianne like the sun in a mid-july heatwave. If Utsuho noticed them, she paid them no heed. "...A hot flame... changing into a red hot sword to hack down their worlds... Cannon Blade!!" she finished as the motorcycle of a fireball blasted at Zorlo.

A sword jetted into the ground at Haruka's feet before falling slightly as Zorlo glanced back at her. His sword warded off the heat for the most part, so he was mostly unfazed by the woman's preparation. His eyes met with Haruka's as he bit his lip for a moment. "Forget! For two years, I waited... I hoped, I might have even prayed at one time that I would see Utsuho again. I waited, and bided my time in hopes that last year, she and I would be reunited... that we could be together again... but..."

His hand quivered as he looked at Utsuho and tears began to form in his eyes. "It was taken from me. Where they were working on Sword Birth was attacked... and I was left hoping I could find her before something like this happened," Zorlo stated as the mass of flames moved towards him. A crash of thunder echoed as Stormbringer formed in his right hand and she blocked her flame with both of his swords, pushing it skywards and out of harms way... for the most part.

"You asked me why I fought... I fought in hopes of finding the woman I love and being able to be with her. But now... now I see it can't be done... so LEAVE ME ALONE! I have to fight her and defeat her myself... if I can't... if I don't... I'll never have closure. All I need is to free her of this... I... I just want her to go back to how she was..." Zorlo stated as he shifted his footing forwards, but quivered again. "So please... LEAVE THIS TO ME!"

"Sword... Birth...?" The woman paused a moment before recognition came to her eyes. And when it did, almost maniacal laughter issued forth. "Amazing!! The Sword-Born Knight!! They said I'd likely never meet him, but here he is now, my target...." she laughed as she looked at him from having thrown back her head to laugh and yell out. "Sword Birth, LET'S HAVE FUN!!" she roared as she blasted toward him like a rocket to attack with her powerful, claw arm and flames at close range.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo clenched his teeth and swords fiercely as he rushed forwards and sparks and flashes echoed out as her flames and claws met swords. The exchange likely looked like a rapid bursts of light where their attacks hit and renegade flames scattering wildly as they were deflected. "We've known each other for a long time... we were... we..." he paused as Flarestorm shattered and Aircutter took its place to deflect another blast of flames past her head.

A bolt of lightning and a rumble of thunder roared as Stormbringer met with her claw and the two were forced back by the intense reverberation. PIeces of Stormbringer hit the ground as the sword vanished and Spiritus formed in his now empty right hand as tears streamed down his face... were it not for the flames, everyone would have known he was crying as he burst forward for another exchange of blows.

"I won't let you leave again," he stated remorsefully as he pressed the attack, only to be severely overpowered his his new pair of swords shattered and were immediately replaced by a pair of Flarestorms as he struck out again. "I'll never forgive myself for this... but... COME BACK TO ME!" he shouted as he put everything he could muster into pushing an offensive.

Lucia's eyes did not alter as she approached the scene. Drawing her scythe, she examined the area with an almost calculated gaze. Each part of the area seemed like it would be important. She established one thing that she could at least try to do. 'It is underhanded, but so execution.' She moved her body so it wasn't behind anyone else. Her parts reacted, putting up the input as a strong wave came from her. A wave of countless needles exuded from her, coming beneath the woman. The cut moved through the air, a higher speed and glow to the needles.

"I'll come back, Sword-Birth. Again and again and again until there's nothing left!!" she countered as she pressed his offensive to match him. Maybe it was her own impressive endurance or maybe it was the influence from the corruption, but she didn't look winded in the least. "I'll claw you, tear you, burn you, shred you, maim you, eviscerate you!" she yelled as she punched through the current set of blades with claw, following as he formed the next pair of blades, wind and lightning. "I'll break you, crush, gouge you, rip you, flay you! I'll turn you to dust on the wind, Sword Birth!" she finished as her next monstrous backhand shattered those next blades.

She started to reach out for him when Utsuho took notice of Lucia's wall of needles. Flames formed and launched down into a wall that evaporated, rather then stopping or melting, the needles coming at her. "Oh...? Are you also a target, little girl? You should leave it alone if you're not...." she stated just before an aerial stomp from Sariabell staggered her. The winged Scythe-meister yelped a bit as she quick took flight and kicked off her burning shoes. Utsuho, however, had had enough. "Giga Prominence!!" Slamming her fist to the ground pillars of black flames erupted & re-erupted all around her as she pumped her flames through the earth, destroying her very surroundings. "Burn, burn, burn, burn!"

"FLAME STRIKE!" A massive pillar of deep crimson flames shot down from the sky and did battle with Utsuho's Giga-Prominence for several seconds before both dissipated. Morgan was breathing heavily and leaning against a brick wall nearby. He had many small cuts all over himself and a shards of glass in his hair. "Sorry I don't have a fancier name. *huff puff* I hate this no killing civilians rule. Especially the ones who are terrible drivers and make me run."

He took one last deep breath and then sprinted towards Utsuho through the wrecked area with magically enhanced speed. Morgan slashed at her with his sword, it of course melted before it could touch her and he threw up a circle of protection around himself to thwart the ensuing counterattack. The magical sphere sparked and exploded with a pulse as it got overwhelmed; Morgan threw himself out of her reach with the careful application of a forceblast as he released the defensive spell. "Hey, Utsuho, right? This isn't going to end the way you want. So what do you say we blow this popsicle stand and go catch a movie?" Even as he said that, magic gathered around his hands as he prepared to throw another blast; this time bigger and at her.

Haruka continued to open fire with her Gun arm, despite the others hitting harder, the former navy SEAL was having a difficult time, "I guess it's time to use 'That'." she though to herself, her arm then began to morph into a large cylinder shape with a barrel, a stand appeared beneath it and she pointed it to her Target, she knew this attack will require all the BLOOD she had in her, but if it ends this, so be it, All the people have abandoned the area thanks to the efforts of Vientiane and Vivianne, a humming noise can be heard coming from the device, she pointed it at Utsuho, and shouted out "FINAL STAGE" and it fired a very strong beam, it landed on Utsuho and vaporized her left arm and pretty much anything behind it, including 12 city blocks, as soon as the smoke cleared, Haruka was shocked, She had only taken out Utsuho's left arm, and scarred her on the left side, "Well, That's embarrassing" she muttered, with no more BLOOD to fuel her weapons, she turned her arm back to normal and proceeded to take a seat on the pavement, Suddenly, a large black box was dumped next to her, she looked up and saw Brian, "It ain't over yet, get up" he told her, she got up and Brian opened the box, it was machinery, but Haruka recognized a Gatling gun and what appeared to be missiles, the machinery then got up and unfolded, it was a turret, with missiles, a Gatling gun, and a high end Laser cannon, "Hop on" said Brian as he connected his prosthetic arm to the turret, "I have a BLOOD engine built into me, I'm basically this thing's ammo box, fire away", he told Haruka as she got on the Turret, "BRIAN TURRET!" said Brian, Haruka then pulled the trigger......
