Shiki: { he looks at clayton}.....{ he looks around} hey wait a minute whered that other guy who was with us go! { his rune starts burning as he leans against a wall and he sits down} * DAMMIT what the hell what if I have to fight*

Shiki:...* Im in no condition to fight*...we dont want trouble... were just passing through...were not looking for a fight { he stands up}.... now how about you put the sword away? { his blade become a normal sized sword as he grabs it} I don't want to fight right now...but I'll fight if I have too....

He had watched Ryo and the others walk out. "Why don't you go with them? Stupid missions are your specialty." "No, that's fighting impossible battles. I'm going to go see Mr. X." "I didn't ask." Cross glanced back at his 'friend', he got the sneaking suspicion they wouldn't be seeing one another again and he felt just a little bit of sadness. Thought I'd rid myself of such things long ago. He shook his head and proceeded onwards, picking out a scythe on his way.

It took him some time to find the man, "Mr. X, was it?" "You have your instructions, and gear, what more do you want?" "What's so special about this kid you've decided should lead us?" "Ah, that you will have to discover for yourself. They should be nearing the facility now, you may wish to gather some people and go after them." "What's the address?" "What?" "The address. This tome isn't just for show. I'm sure much farther and it'll be impossible for me to teleport to them, but it's unlikely they've gotten into that zone yet." "What good is an address?" "This is Tokyo, I recognized some of the ruins from a trip I went on once before this hell." "Alright." The location in mind he used a teleportation spell to bring himself to what he believed to be the facility. He saw a ruined street sign nearby that did not read as it should have. "Looks like I went a little off target."

His comment seemed to stir some nearby aberrations. "Repulse." He said, they leaped towards him and seemed to slam into an invisible wall twenty feet from him. He moved slowly towards the one in front of him. "Let's try you out, Bedlam." The wing seemed to flap and stir as the weapon awoke and came to life. The shaft began to glow a dark dim color. He slid the weapon beneath the beast's belly and pulled upward, gutting it. The others suffered similar fates, each letting out a yelp as they were slain. "That will draw something a bit bigger." He ducked into the nearby building and made his way to the roof. He could see his destination not far off only a street or two away, there was something quite large on the street below now, and it seemed content to feast on the corpses Cross had left for it. "Jump." He said as he stepped off the side of the building and let the power of his spell carry him over to the next roof.

His destination in front of him he stepped off the roof of this building too. "Feather." His fall slowed drastically, to a rate of nearly floating. He landed in the remains of a long since destroyed window. "There you are." He said as he saw everyone. He tugged at his sleeves, ridding his clothing of the ruffles that the winds from his short fall had caused.

Shiki: { he looks over his shoulder to se cross} hey whats up... rrrghhh { the pain becomes worse}...*damn* hey leader boss whatever....where are the quarters... I need to sleep otherwise... I'll be useless cause of this mark

Sophia: Alright, I'll use a spell to get back to our HQ. Everyone, do not move! *Sophia uses the spell to return to the quarters.*

ryo stands surprised and at the same time mad and satisfaced hey sofia...... you could just take back... shiki not all, because the problem of the monsters is in the center, in that facility, and your spell, i think they are more alert because of your spell, but i know why you did it, and it was good im concerned about him too

Sophia: To win this, we need everyone's in a good condition, otherwise, it's not that interesting. They may be more alert, but we can still surprise them when knowing its only their imagination that caused the noise.

ok but this time you will follow me and you will do everything i do, we are going to the sewers from there we can access from behind the facility, but you don't know what's in there, they are traps and secret entrances that's why im saying to do everything i do, don't worry those sewers are clean;)

ryo is prepared to go and wait fot the other in the downstairs well let's go all of you, and you shiki if you need medical help just tell sophia OR me, when you are prepared just come and tell me

Cross knelt down next to Ryo and studied his book in silence. It looked as though he would need to prepare more raw firepower than usual. He held the book with one hand and the other was on the haft of his scythe only removing it to flip a page. He mused briefly about how long it had taken him to translate the writings initially. He hadn't been sure if he had gotten it right or not at the time, but nothing else had made any sense.

hey cross, if you want i can help you with that, an old friend of mine give me this book ryo give cross a realy old book with a pentagram on it i think this could help you, it's a magic book from a member of my old squadron, and him, just like everybody, he died........ but i won't permit that to happen to my actual squadron

Cross's eyes narrowed at the interruption of his studies. He held the book back out towards Ryo without looking up from his own. "I do not want nor need your help, so unless there is something specific you want me to take from it, which I find unlikely given that he is dead and I am not, I would recommend you keep your memento."

"As am I." He snapped his book shut and it shrank down to a convenient pocket size. He cracked the new book open and began flipping through the pages skeptically. "If the guy with the rune is going to continue to be a liability, we should just leave him behind. If he breaks down in a fight it could cost you or the others dearly." He raised his eyebrows, apparently at something on the page, Bedlam shrank down into a pen for him to use. He crossed several lines out and began writing something new on the page.

ryo looks at cross writing something new on the book hmph, same as him huh? well we got to go they put on march the trip for the sewers, and the have been ambushed by monsters WHAT THE? THEY? HERE? no, this is imposible, well it looks like we have to fight there's fire monsters, demons, and some monster-demons ok let's gooooooo ryo start shooting and making heavens touch to the demons c'mon shiki to the monsters you to clayton, and cross you go for the monsters, after we defeat them shiki and i will go for the demon-monsters, sophia, heal and atack if the oportunity comes at you the strategy starts

"Shield" He pointed at Sophia. "The healer shouldn't need healing. It won't do much against bigger attacks, but the little ones shouldn't be much of a problem." He explained calmly as two man sized fiery hounds came bearing down on him. He sidestepped one of the claws and parried the other with Bedlam. The other jumped behind Cross, reared it's head back, and shot flames from it's mouth. Cross's eyes widened as he hopped to the side into the path of a waiting demon-monster's giant blade. As the hound twisted it's head to catch Cross in the flames and the blade came crashing down Cross planted Bedlam in the ground to stop the blade, gritting his teeth and trusting in his wards to protect him from the flames. When the flames stopped, Cross uttered softly "Cold", he pointed the palm of each hand at a hound and twin cones of freezing air blew over the hounds, putting out their flames and turning them to ice. Seizing the magician's moment of distraction the demon-monster swung at Cross from the side. To dodge the blow he moved to the other side of Bedlam and braced it with his shoulder. He pointed a hand at the demon-monster and a beam sprung from each fingertip to pierce through it's chest. It reared back in pain and using the scythe as support Cross jumped in the air and kicked it with both feet, sending it stumbling backwards, using his momentum as he fell Cross rolled forward, yanking Bedlam from the floor, and planted the blade in it's chest. It grasped hold of Bedlam and began to swing it's blade, shrugging off the injuries as if they were nothing. Cross's eyes narrowed in annoyance, "Just die already." Bedlam began to glow dimly as the monster-demon's blade neared Cross's throat, and then the blade and the monster-demon were gone, replaced by a pile of ash.

Cross heard growling from behind him, there were almost a dozen other monsters, about half of which were hounds. "Hold All" Cross said, leaning against Bedlam for support, he was starting to feel the burns and bruises now. The growling stopped and all of the monsters froze, a couple were twitching an eye, but that was about all of the movement they were going to be doing for a couple of minutes. He took a moment to check on the others, ready to cast a lightning bolt if any should need it, and if not he would begin lobbing off heads while the beasts couldn't fight back.

ok now just leave them to me ryo started shooting the demons and as they were falling he touched them and as they exploded he just jumped, the guns transformed into swords and he cutted them, there was a monster who doesn't wanted to die hmph, he said softly let'ssssss begiiinnnnnn ryo slashed him, the monster reacted launching him ice and volt atacks hmph, don't you know that water and electricity it isn't a good combination? ryo putted his swords on the front with an X form making the monster ice to melt down and the volt to return to him well say GOODBYE ryo jumped as the monster was destroyed with his own electricity and ryo get's to the ground hmph he closed his eyes as he smiled well let's get going the swords turn into guns again
