I'm good for tonight or tomorrow night to experiment on this. I did read your original post before Sorrow, you are primarily the reason I joined :p A good nice plan to get the trophies in fell swoop, aside from the level 50 thing, but that is just a case of a bit of time killing away at the game.

My PC runs alongside my PS3 so I can be active on the boards and certainly having zero as our co-ordinator makes sense for this. Zero go easy on us all and not get us to massacre each other for your own amusement ;)

Hey Sorrow, how the heck did you get your own custom avatar for your psn?? I am not a fan of the defaults they don't even have ezio on there! :(

Oh yea one other trick, which is kind of cheap for the multiplayer is to use morph when you are hunting down targets, as the npc's all become your chosen character, meaning the others that we're not caught in your morph circle are pretty much human happy meals!

You do have some good tips on the multiplayer too, shame we cannot have a duel of button sequences, progressively getting faster until one of you fluffs up when you and your opponent end up attacking each other! :)

But Night for you = Morning/Early afternoon for me...and i don't play at this hour, i start playing when it's about...1AM for you D; But maybe tomorrow i could make an exception. Not today since i have many things i want to do during my own morning/afternoon...=3=; lol
Exiousa wrote:Hey Sorrow, how the heck did you get your own custom avatar for your psn?? I am not a fan of the defaults they don't even have ezio on there! :(
I bought it!!! 8D ...Seriously, i did. One day while i was buying some DLC for Red Dead Redemption on the PS Store, i browsed through stuff like wallpapers and custom avatars, and bought a few of them c: They're all cheap overall, and though not the best (most of them are from Heavy Rain or Little Big Planet), they're at least better than all of the default ones.
So, it isn't exactly a custom avatar...it's just a non-default, non-free avatar ;P I have like 4 others, but Vega is sweet. Haven't checked for new ones but maybe i will eventually...i still have some PSN money avaliable. lol
Exiousa wrote:Oh yea one other trick, which is kind of cheap for the multiplayer is to use morph when you are hunting down targets, as the npc's all become your chosen character, meaning the others that we're not caught in your morph circle are pretty much human happy meals!
Unless you have Power Morph, this might not be the best idea, and i'm talking by experience. Why? Because Morph only "morphs" 4 characters around you, and depending on the location and number of "lures", you may simply not morph all of them, and you can end up killing an un-morphed one, thinking it was a target but it wasn't, it was simply an innocent peasent that wasn't among the 4 morphed ones. Sure, it's a great tactic nonetheless, and i did use it for a while and it was very effective in combination with Smoke Bomb, but only if you're low-levelled. On higher levels, Charge and Templar Vision are much better choices for finding your poor victims.
Exiousa wrote:You do have some good tips on the multiplayer too, shame we cannot have a duel of button sequences, progressively getting faster until one of you fluffs up when you and your opponent end up attacking each other! :)
Hey, that's such a good idea!!! :D Maybe if they ever release a game mode about "assassins killing assassins" (meaning all sides are on the attack, more like a "war" rather than a "hunt"), they could use that as a way to "fight" against other players. Both players run to each other and engage, and then they have to follow the button sequences to fight, with the characters doing dodge/parrying/counter animations as the buttons are inputted correctly, and whenever one fails, then they are countered/overpowered and murdered in a similar way that Ezio does the kills in open fights. I'd really love that XD lol

Which time zone are you "sync'd" too then?? ;)

I work during my daytime in UK, I could manage Saturday or Sunday mornings, I work Saturday evenings though! So my times are also hap hazard of sorts!

I need to check out the PSN store then I never found any avatars when I was rummaging around last time there!

Yea I don't use the morph thing much any more myself, charge works just fine for the morphed groups :p

I guess the button idea never made it in because of the pace of multi player, how many times have we cursed when we just got our target to get a knife in our own backs as well!! Button mashing between 3 or 4 of us if that was possible could end up as a bloodbath XD

UTC/GMT -6 hours o3o Or in other words, it's 1PM for me right now. Should be...7, 8PM for you?

But as i said, tomorrow i'll try to be online as early as 10 or 11AM for me...should be like 5PM for you. I'm online on Saturdays and Sundays only at night as well, maybe i could see you online if you get on VERY early. And if not, then starting next Monday i'll be online at anytime before 3PM for me (and ONLY at that time...college will take away all my afternoon), so that could work well too XD

Of course, we'd have to consider the active times of the other members too (zerokoolpsx, Keyaki, Kaori), since we need at least one more to work on the Abstergo trophy at least...and i've noticed both zero and Keyaki get online at roughly the same time i do, while i honestly have never seen Kaori online >3>;
To zero, Kaori and Keyaki: You think you would be able to get online tomorrow morning?

I don't really like the pace of the game though...i sure enjoy it but it's all about "stealth/not being seen", and for such an online gameplay, i prefer something fast and action-paced 'XD (Which is why i prefer Manhunt over Wanted) That's why i'd love such an all-out fight idea too...and heck, after all, if Abstergo really wants to train POWERFUL and EFFECTIVE Templars, they need to teach them the basis of open fighting too, just not how to be sneaky and stealthy with bombs and stuff!! >3> And a button mashing between all of us would end up in a screen completely filled with button commands and movements, and with me screaming "HOLYSHITWTFDOIDOTHEYREEVERYONEAHHHH" XDD lol

Okay wasn't sure if you we're east or west :) Aye you are indeed right, I don't go to sleep super early at all, I think I saw you sign on the other night anyway it was 1am here before I logged off :)

We do indeed others to help mount this little assault plan of yours, so with just us two we would not clear many of them at all. Guess we need to wait for them to see when they are free for some co-ordinate game play trophy completions!!

I think an 8 way button pressing frag fest would indeed make for a very manic style of game! Imagine the number of dodge/kill/head-butt/knife to the eyes animation varieties we would conjure in such a massacre!! Would certainly make for some great replay videos!

It would become the "guitar hero" of action games XD Whoever can tap those buttons the fastest and most accurate becomes the top Abstergo dog!

I shall wait and see how the others pan out for times online! May start my RDR game again as I left it at some point early in the story, want to see the undead mission pack too :)

Roll on Assassin's Creed 2.7 or 3!! Oh speaking of which have you seen they have announced the Nintendo 3DS for end of March here in Europe and I think there is an Assassin's Creed title for it too! :D

Oh last note, I found the avatars :D using Drakes avatar from Uncharted 3! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

zero has agreed upon getting online tomorrow morning, and so with Exiousa and me we have 3 people ready to work with Extreme Variety tomorrow!! c: Perhaps even help me and Exio with the Strong Lead trophy if zero is nice enough and if it works in Alliance!! Cx

However, we need one more person for Role Model. Kaori or Keyaki, could you be able to get online in about 12 hours after the time of this post(11AM my time)? We needz you, it'll be great for you as well, it's a PLATINUM trophy we're working for here!! D8 You could get online as late as 5PM, or whatever hour zero or Exio have to leave...all we need is 4 Brotherhood players at once willing to follow a few instructions and we'll be the happiest gamers in the world...or something close at least D;

In other Brotherhood news, i'm lv40 and i've developed quite a bit of hate to those players who stay ALL around you during a Manhunt match...they stun you, then another one stuns you before you get up, and repeat over and over until someone "saves" you...and that's assuming they don't have Mute or Smoke Bombs else they'll rape the "savior" in the very same way... -3- Srsly, even Charging against morphed/blended players seems like a "normal, underpowered, and not cheap at all" in comparison to that Stun rape >->;
Oh, and i also hate those who use the mics only to make random noises, hum a song or whatever, or overall act freaking loud and annoying. Srsly it's not fun, and they usually make people leave too -3- lol

The part of the day I am at work is between 4pm and 9pm on a Saturday, which given you are 6 hours behind me means ... lol 10am until about 3pm!!
Other then that I can be on the hours around those!

I have to agreed though Sorrow, those stuns are annoying, I arm myself with that resistant stun perk, but even with that it is still annoying!! Worse when you get the whole opposite team huddled in 3 or 4 together to do that to your team. I played one match where they just kept running back to the same spot, rinse and repeat it got so tedious as a game!!

I remember one "kid" he was just going "EEEEERRRGGGGHHHHHHHH" all the time to see how long he could do it before he ran out of breath, I was so tempted to leave the game midway through!! Only found one pair, both with American accents who used it properly, talking about cover, tactics and they realised I could hear them and understood there plan and we went on to win that hunted match ;)

Hopefully get to see you guys on to get this achievement :)

Thank you so much Kaori...But, isn't it like 1AM for you? And i'm just about to get online, this is 10AM for me! D; (And it's Friday, should be Saturday already for you D8)
If you'll remain online for like 2 hours, i (and everyone else) will be very grateful and thankful for it, but if not it's ok since i understand it's quite late for you already .-.
In order for most of us to play together with you, maybe the best would be if you get online while it's early morning/afternoon for you...8AM for you would be like 10PM for me. Because when it's afternoon for you, it's like...3AM here, and there's no effin way i'm going to be awake at that hour, unless i'm drunk and that's not a good condition to play and get trophies either way .-. Though an amusing one, perhaps. lol

Yeah, that's exactly what happened with me, all 4 people of the opposite team just stayed there, stunning us and spamming Smoke Bombs and Mute, until we managed to kill them but still it was very annoying and eventually they managed to repeat it again!! DX Didn't even enjoy that game much >->; And i have Resistance too, along with Overall Cooldowns (lv40 ability), which is VERY helpful with an ability like Charge...haven't honestly paid attention to how much time it reduces the cooldown, but i think it's down to 70 seconds.

I've heard similar things before, but the MOST ANNOYING EVER was some guy who, everytime he killed someone, he was like "HAHAHA DID YOU LOOK AT THAT!?! YOU JUST FELL LIKE PFFFFFFFFT AND THEN LIKE UUHHHHHH AND [random strange noises] HAHAHA PWWWWNED!!", and when he was stunned or killed, he was like "WTF I SAW YOU FIRST SRSLY MAN THIS GAME IS BROKEN AAAARRRGHHH HOW DID YOU DO THAT YOU F*CKING CHEATER YOU [more random strange noises]". He was from my team but i so wanted to snap his neck or insert my magical syringe of doom into his head...would've been honestly helpful for my team if i could .-.

And alright, i'll get online soon!! c: Doubtfully Kaori will be there, same with Keyaki, but at least we'll be able to work with the Extreme Variety and Abstergo Employee trophy overall!! :D

Oh, and i'll only be able to stay online until 4:30PM my time...but i think we have plenty of time to work with regardlessly ;P

ok, so close to getting Role Model. Can't do it with 3 people and I still need it and triple escape. I got intercepted with Exiousa. Do we need the end bonuses for the Abstergo Employee of the Month trophy?

Zero appreciate yours and Sorrow's help I almost had the extreme variety XD My fault fluffed up on the last few points!

You two did crack me up though first with Sorrow's pounding me off the roof stuns and your "oh no you killed my team mate and then laughing" thanks man ;)

With 4 we could get the escape ones for you indeedy! I need to make myself a check list of what I am missing though!

Glad you had fun!! :3 Yeah, i had my amusing moments too, even though i was more focused in getting the bonuses done properly than in messing around...unless there was nothing else for me to do XD

I was able to get Role Model myself, same with Extreme Variety (THANK YOU MUCH FOR IT!! X33), now...according to me, i'm only missing the Intercepted and Triple Escape bonuses for Abstergo Employee of the Month. I'm not sure if the End Bonuses count for the trophy, apparently they don't...but thankfully i did obtain Untouchable once >3>; If you're missing that one and they do count for the trophy, then i recommend you to play Wanted, and stay AS HIDDEN AS POSSIBLE, lure and avoid any pursuers, and remain in the bottom positions so you only get 1 pursuer at most, maybe 0 for half the match. That, or you can be lucky to join a game with about 10 seconds before it ends...you WILL get the Untouchable bonus, or at least i don't see why you wouldn't XDD

I'm also missing the Strong Lead, which we could get in Alliance or Wanted...however, it would be a "boring" trophy to boost. Why? Because everyone will have to do NOTHING for the 8 or 10 minutes of the match, until the very last 10 seconds, when the trophy-wanter should kill their target...and that'd be all. Easy, but boring though at least it would give the others some time for eating or bathroom break or whatever XD lol
That's all i need for the Platinum trophy...oh and lvl50 of course.

Again, thanks for your help!! c: I'll leave now and probably won't play for the rest of the day...dunno if i'll be online during the weekend (due to my new laptop and messing with it, really), so in that case, i'll see you guys on Monday and maybe we can work on what we're missing!! :D

Well if anyone else wants extreme variety, I can help you get it, but you must watch that video. I think me and Sorrow spend a few sessions trying to help Keyaki and Exiousa get it and they never seen the video. 3 people for extreme variety and 4 for role model. I'm pretty much free all weekend, so if anyone wants to do them. I'm all for it. Just list the time you'll be on and I'll try to be on, unless it's some ungodly hour in the early morning. :P

I found this to help as well

http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/assass ... guide.html

Seems we do require the end ones if the guys guide above is accurate.

I never realised that discreet is a high profile kill! Did not even think about it!! Yea the video is definitely one to watch, I know I can nail the Extreme one now that I know the differences of the kills types as listed below!!

1. Discreet
In order to get discreet you need to be in a high profile before killing a target. The top right on HUD will know your consciousness of the way you find your target. And the faster you run the more aware they will know. So you must kill them before you lose your consciousness. This is the highest alertness they will have about you. And pay attention for the level of the alertness.

2. Silent
You must be in a low profile before killing a target. And as same as Discreet, the top right on HUD will know your consciousness of the way you find your target too. When you kill them before you lose your consciousness, and you need to make sure the profile is low. Pay attention for the level of alertness and do not wait too long or it will drop.

3. Incognito
In this part, you need to make sure you have no profile. The top right on the HUD will show you how aware the target is of you. The more you are running around the more aware they will become. So you must not run while the target is near. You can kill them while they have no detection. Killing someone from hay blended, a bench, or even getting the drop on them usually adds the bonus. It's very easy to get the bonus and kill them as well.

4. Acrobatic
You can kill the target from a wall, and jumping from a higher point and executing or hanging. Pay attention for this, the button of execution will show up when the pretty high up.

5. Drop Kill
You can get this on a wall and grab your target while he's on a roof. You must throw him until him dead.

6. Focus
Focus is just a killer where you wait 3 minutes for the circle to fill up around the indicator. It will give you a lot of points if you wait him.

7. Hidden
When you are blended or in hay stack or pile of leaves, Hidden comes along with the hay stack achievement.

8. First Blood
You can get the first kill in the match. And this must be done with at least 3 people.

9. Revenge
Before you kill the target, you must kill someone who had previously killed you.

10. Poacher
When there's 2 people have the same target, you must kill the target in 10 meters while the other one is close.

11. Savior
When you want to do this you must be show your goal in 10 meters.

12. Grounded
When your target is on the ground you can kill it right now. Sometimes they appear with no regularly, so you must be on the alert to them, and kill them in a fast speed when they are on the ground.

13. Mid-Air
You have to hide the gun and pull off the perk. It will be unlocked at level 8, and it usually be used in a private match. When the target goes to the top of the building, you can press the button to lock it on.

14. Poison
You can obtain the poison at level 29. When you are behind the target, you can press the button and kill the target.

15. Intercepted
This part needs 3 people in the game, and 2 of them are targeting the same person. You can kill the target with poison. And at the same time you will get some bonus.

No wonder you could never get that Discreet bonus >3>; Yeah, the "little blue bar on top of the screen" is the one that defines the bonus you'd get, be it either Incognito, Silent or Discreet (or none and it's a "Chase kill").

And again, that comes from the same link i posted a few pages ago XDD But thanks for posting it anyways, and you gave such a wider and more helpful explanation on each one!! ;P

Is anyone here missing the Untouchable bonus? You can check that since "Untouchable" itself is a Session Challenge...I have it at 2/5, so it means i've at least gotten it 2 times.

And yeah, just like zerokoolpsx, i can help anyone get the Extreme Variety bonus...but, i really recommend you to watch the video first, since that'd completely avoid me having to send long messages which i take 20 min in making, or facepalm during half the match because you don't seem to get that i want you to get in the haystack...or kill the target i just stunned 'XD lol

Kaori wrote:Wait time out! I was just wondering why this topic is starting to get more popular than the COD black ops topic.
Because there are far more "interested" players in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood than in Call of Duty: Black Ops here. This topic became so active and popular because of the players looking for something, asking and sharing tips, and now organizing ourselves to boost trophies, aiming towards achieving the Platinum, and with lots of talking about it (pretty much the last 2 pages in this topic have been about such boosting XD). And instead, the Black Ops topic became popular due to ALL the criticism and mixed opinions about the game, talking about how awesome/horrible the game is in their opinion...and not saying anything about the game itself, like asking tips or whatever. In fact, the topic died as soon as i asked for help in the only 2 trophies i'm missing >->; (Which are FAR MORE DIFFICULT than achieving Abstergo Employee of the Month and even the Platinum itself in Brotherhood, i can say that for sure and even bet on it.)

So, yep, that's why this topic became more "successful" than the Black Ops one. That topic was full of critics who got bored of posting after expressing their opinion, while this topic is full of actual players of which none are any bored and we're still working for the Platinum. And also, we have about 5, perhaps 6 Brotherhood players at most here in the forums...while there are only like 2 Black Ops players at most (-Aeon- and me), and we play in different consoles so it's not like we could organize anything either way D:

Random update to say that...
I GOT THE STRONG CLOSER TROPHY!!! 8D

You CAN get it in Manhunt, and from what assume now, in any game mode. However, you need to be the one that takes the lead among ALL players, including those in your team.
I got it with a "double kill"; my teammate had about 5300 points, and i had 5000 by the last 10 seconds of a Manhunt game. I killed some dude with charge, my teammate was going to kill another but he was Smoked/Stunned, and so i killed his target immediatly since the smoke didn't affect me...and the game ended as he fell, proceeding to get all "FFFFFF- YEAH" afterwards as i heard the trophy sound.

So, for anyone in here who is missing such trophy, we could boost it in Alliance!! :3 Just like we've done with Extreme Variety, except this time...we're either silly for a while, or don't do anything, and the one who wants the trophy makes sure to get a "high quality" kill to get first place (i vote for Haystack kill, it's usually about 700 points worth) and rejoice.

ONLY LV50 AND TRIPLE ESCAPE LEFT FOR ME FOR PLATINUM!!!!! 83333 (Yeah, i got Intercepted already too)

Nice one Sorrow!

If you or any of the other ACB players see me online feel free to give me a shout, not sure when we can get at least 4 of us on for the things such as 3 person escape :)

Even if I am on a different game as long as I am on my PS3 and online do give me an invite, the ACB game disk sits next to my console XD
