Phillus looked down on the fight from a high building. He sighed with an un-impressed tone, then turned his attention to the sky,"Oh look! It's a Swallow!" not too far above him was, indeed, a swallow. It wheeled and dived through the air like an acrobat, manouvering through the wind as if it could defy the laws of gravity. Phillus smirked,"heh.. you don't see that everyday.." A man was sitting next to him, leaning out of the window. The man held a sniper rifle in his hands. He grunted at Phillus' statement,"Oh fine! Go ahead and Watch the birds circle your airy head. at least I know I'll get paid, seeing as I'm not Shirking my Duty as a Spotter." Phillus' eyebrows twitched,"fine fine. I'll continue the observation. You don't need to get so uptight about it, Nocturne..." Nocturne huffed indignantly, even though he was pleased that phillus had actually decided to get his job done for once. Then, as Phillus returned to watching the streets, He Jolted. He suddenly noticed that something was wrong,"Hey.. speaking of Mission objectives... weren't Mirai and Ciel supposed to be watching them from street level? I can't see them anywhere..." Nocturne pointed at a group of crates near where the fight was taking place,"Don't be dumb. They're right be.. hind..." He looked down at the crates. Mirai and Ciel were nowhere to be seen. A vein popped on his head. Phillus jolted,"Oh Yeah.. They said something about getting strange phones from a shady looking guy back at the base.. you think the phones were bugged?" Suddenly, a loud thud came from the door to the room Phillus and Nocturne were in. Phillus jolted,"Dammit.. I think they were buged. We've been found out.. and we were so close too!" Nocturne sighed, lifting up the sniper rifle,"It's okay Phillus, you'll just have to fill in the position that those two previously had. street observation." Phillus tilted his head,"eh? But what about you?" Nocturne sighed,"Well.. If you're actually doing something for once, I can rest easy. I'll just climb across to the next room over and work from there." He nudged Phillus slightly,"Just remember to use a rope when you jump out of that window.."
Phillus shuddered then shook his head,"ugh.. fine.. I'll fill in their roles for them." He grabbed a grappling hook, attaching it to the section underneath the outer windowsil,"Just remember that you're going to have to become my covering fire if it all goes to hell." Nocturne nodded,"Aye aye captain cursed!" A vein burst on Phillus head, but he shook it off, jumping out of the window regardless. He then began to abseil down the side of the building, eventually landing behind the crates where Mirai and Ciel were supposed to be stationed. He sighed, then exclaimed loudly to himself,"heh.. hey, at least I can get a ful view of the action from this level!" He then shuddered, and loked to his left. Right in front of him was the battle that he had been observing for the past 5 minutes,"Oh god no.. Don't tell me... I landed on the wrong side of the crates.."

I looked over to see a man. "Uhm... I don't know who you are... but death awaits you!" I changed into Club Song. "Luke, since you still can't Soul Awaken provide support with your current powers from the sidelines. I'll take care of this idiot!" I strummed my guitar and it turned into a large club. "Weapon Activate, Strong Swinger!" I proceeded to run towards the unknown man to attack.

( yeah I got it I just got lazy and really didnt want to like add most correct grammer stuff dont worry and I'm changing my typing style for this post)

Once that battle ended I was immediatly drained of all energy so I decided to think about everything " man I have no energy left. I wonder am I going die are they going to kill me...... what am I supposed do now I cant move I'm so drained are they going to kill me are they going to let me live" these type of thoughts started to loop and loop through my head I had no control of the situation at hand so then I thought to myself." if I am going to die then the bright side is I'll be able to see everyone again though I've killed so many of the burai sodiers theres no way for me to repent for what I've done" after what seemed to be an hour a bunch of images were flowing through head the first hundred was of my parents my father and mother up until I saw them killed there was no reason for them die the next was of my loving older sister she always played with me when I was bored and on that day she protected me with her life and and among the inifite images that were flowing throgh my head I saw everyone of my memories up to the point where I fought burai jokers daughter I stilll can figure out what the hell this means but alll I know is I will fight I will get up and I wont ever give in but I wonder when will I wake up from the endless dream

Phillus looked at the girl with an expression embodying the phrase,'damn'. He began to back off,"Uh.. Can't we just settle this by, talking it through?" He watched as she started running at him,"Ah.. I guess not.. Dammit, now I've ruined my clean record.." He placed his hand over his head,"Soul Release; Archaan Ta-Ite! Defense Form" His left eye gleamed, and a shadowy wall appeared in front of him,"Why in the name of god do I have to resort to doing this? Oh well... I guess it's only his will. I might as well fight to the best of my abilities.." He lifted up his hand, pointing it at the sky. Shade seemed to encircle it, then dug itself into it, creating a gauntlet of sorts over his lower right arm. His hand became clawed, and the sleeve that covered the arm tore up from the transformation shock,"Maybe you'll be a funner target than the ones on my previous missions..."

I looked at the mysterious and now clawed man. "Hmm. This looks like it will be interesting!" I ran over to the wall and front flipped over it, landing directly behind him. "Eat this, Sound Wave!" I strummed my guitar launching a sound attack. It was a direct hit but he took little damage. "Dang, he's tough!"

Luke jumped in between them, "Wait...wait...wait! Misora! We've....I've...I'm strained I can't help you, and you just had like three or four fights in a row! You'll exhaust yourself, and..." He looks at the newcomer, "You don't want to fight either right? So let's not have a big fight...okay, here's the deal, No one fights, and we all leave our souls out of this, we'll have a civilized talk, got it?" He said staring at the two.

"Luke... Normally I would beat you to death in this situation. But... You actually made a good point. I'm pretty exhausted myself from all the constant fighting... What do you say stranger?" I reverted back to my normal human form and held my hand out to the stranger.

((sorry about the long reply.. it took me ages to write up, and I always write loads when I reply to something D;..))

Phillus looked at her hand, then shook his head,"No.. I still have a mission to accomplish.." He lifted up his clawed hand, making a fist of it, and driving it into her stomach. His punch caused her to collide with - and shatter - the defensive wall that he'd set up earlier. He lifted up his left hand, and the shards of the shattered wall seemed to converge on it,"Archaan, manifest." he dropped the orb that had formed in his hand, and it transformed into a large, cat like creature. Phillus flicked his right arm, and the shadows burst off it, reavealing his skin underneath to be partially damaged. He looked at the girl,"you know, fighting isn't my forte. I'd much rather just continue with my job as an 'observer', persay." He linked both of his hands together,"Archaan, transportation gate." A large, pitch black circle appeared underneath Phillus,"So, please pardon my rudeness.. but I'm afraid that I'll have to leave now.. otherwise the people who hired me will get veery angry..." A whirling, black colored wind began to surround Phillus. He jolted,"Oh yes! And for the record, the name's Phillus. It would do you well to tell your superiors that!" His body then became encased in a large, black pillar. The Pillar began to spin even more rapidly than the black winds emanating from it, then it shrunk rapidly, and finally vanished in a puff of shadow.
moments later, Phillus appeared in the room where Nocturne was stationed. He collapsed onto his knee,"ugh... that's why I hate fighting. I haven't got the stamina to use this 'Soul' to it's full potential.. I still don't know why Burai Corp even entrusted it to me.." Nocturne sighed, then helped him up,"haa.. you reallly would be a gonner without me, wouldn't you? The chopper's waiting on the roof." he looked out of the window,"as for the 6th corp members that 'attacked' our room.." Mirai and Ciel appeared at the door of the room,"It appears that they'd just gotten their positions mixed up." Phillus' head lulled,"damn.. then there was really no reason for me to do that.. was there?" Nocturne shook his head,"no.. but I managed to gain some valuable strength data from it. I guess we could say that the mission was more of a success than a failure!" Phillus looked annoyed,"Thank god for that. Oh, and next time, make sure you check before you send me into the jaws of hell, Nocturne.."

"M-Misora!" He ran to her side, touching her shoulder shocking her, "Dammit you!" He looked at the young man, "Leave! I can't touch anything without shocking the hell out of it!" The young man acknowledged, and Luke could no longer see him, "Misora..are you okay?" He helped her up, 'That jerk.... he punched her in the stomach once she dropped her guard...'

Luke was clueless, but he decided in an instant what he would do. He picked her up on his back, then picked up her guitar, and started to leave the mall, "Um...Misora...w-where do we go?" he looked at her for the answer, still pursuing an exit.

A few minutes later they were outside the exit of the mall, they were surrounded by police.

((gah. Phillus' attack was meant as a retaliation to your original attack. However, given the context now, it look like Phillus is an evil prick ._.'... Oh well. I guess that's the personnage he has to adopt every time he comes into contact with one of you..))

Phillus felt a shiver down the back of his neck,"Dammit... Maybe I shouldn't have used that punch.. no.. it was for the better. If she's one of the observation targets, then immobilizing her so that I could make an unhindered escape was for the better.. but maybe being friendly would have helped the mission progress.. dammit.. I'm really unsure about what I should have done now.." Nocturne looked utterly bored with Phillus as he sat in the Pilot's seat of the helicopter that was now flying towards the north of the city,"Phillus, will you just SHUT UP already? What's done is done. We can't change that. All you have to remember is that this might actually be for the better. After all, each one of us is technically on the run from Burai , so making them our friends would be pointless.. seeing as we would eventually have to betray them anyway..." Phillus shook his head,"yeah.. you're right.. what the hell was I thinking?" Ciel and Mirai seemed to have been listening dutifully to Phillus' ranting, and they'd both decided to speak up,"Uhh.. Phillus? You don't have to worry about it. After all, It's our fault that this happened in the first place. We'll take the fall for you!" Phillus sighed with relief,"That's a good thing fact to know.. now, lets all do the smart thing and try to forget about it. Remembering that incident only seems to make it worse.."

Saito: { walks up from behind them} jeez you gusy cant do anything { he dissapears and repaers behind some officers and he chops their neck knocking them out he deals with all of them with in the minute} okay thats enough good luck getting back { dissapears and he repears infront of kyos unconsious body and lifts him over his shoulder} okay lets go find a place to hide out huh? { he walks off}
