I doubt it, but it'll be interesting to learn new things about characters love and see how they changed since we last saw them.

Now that I think about it, Kite is old enough to graduate college and get a job. Heck, he could even be banging Akira(Blackrose) 
Ditto with An(Tsukasa).
I still think its a bit odd that they would return in R:X with the exact powers they had before. It kind of lessens the impact of their return IMO.

i wonder... are they (kite-blackrose) possibly having son in 2020 (during R:X)? maybe like Mireille as the daughter of Mistral
if its true then... it will make a new spice in the plot...
and also... how bout Ryou? i think he already decided who is "the chosen" one

Most likely they won't mention anything at all with both Kite and Haseo. There's a reason why they intentionally make end relationships ambiguous, because it makes them "available" so to speak. Kite is more likely to be with Blackrose though, since they are long-time partners. Haseo however is made like some sort of pimp, what with all his "harem" artworks and marriage events.
