There are only 4 Dual Guns right? Looking at the number it is a rare weapon. So, does that mean we can't customize it at all?

Since the weapons weren't supposed to even exist, its likely that they won't be able to be customized. Then again, I haven't played Redemption so I can't say I'm completely sure of that...
