well since AT is here ill ask a few questions
 
where do you start the wedding event?
how you get natsume(i completed the game, strange i didn't get her)

Seeing as I haven't played the game, I can't really answer confidently. I guess Natsume is in an optional quest. She might be the prize for beating the Painful Forest. As for the Wedding Event, all I know is that it starts sometime after you get all 22 people.

 When you beat half of the Forest of Pain you get Tabby.

And what about the 23rd party member? Do anyone know who it is or it is just a rumor? Someone must have already finished the Forest of Pain by now.
I´m starting to think Natsume is the "prize char" for beating the Forest of Pain...

For the Scythe, his leveled up Lost Weapon is the best, but for the others... I don´t know(and probably no one here know, yet)

That is completely wrong.  Saku is Bo's older sister, and Bo is Saku's younger brother, and is just being dragged along. Pay attention to the Volume 1 scenes more....

It was confirmed that there would be another char, so there is someone that will enter in your party as a prize for the Forest of Pain quest.

The prize at the end doesn't necessarily has to be a character.
The director just said that you would get a character in the Forest of Pain. And you get her in the Forest of Pain. I don't see why they could be somewhere else (other than Natsume...but maybe you get her in another place)

We don't really know. He could have just been screwing with us with that "He can speak quite clearly" line.
