^^' best bet is to get a forwarding service like Easy Auction Japan,make a order request and they'll order it for you. Ofcourse you'll need to pay for the item and initial shipping first then once it arrives pay some fees and final fees before it ships.

I used Zenmarket to import from the Kotobukiya online shop since Amazon was sold out at the time. Seems to be back in stock now, so make an account with Zenmarket, search for the fanbook on their site, and then wait for them to buy it. Then you pay, it ships to their warehouse, and then it ships to you. I ordered on the 15th or 16th and the whole process got it to my door just a couple days ago (I missed the first dleivery
