Yeah I'd hate to admit it but Naruto has improved. Sasuke, Sakura, Gaara, Nenji, and Shadow boy have improved the most though.

The only reason I haven't watched much Naruto before Shippuuden is the fillers. I'm in love with the Narutimett Hero games and I could kill for this fourth one
The fillers were a pain. I've wanted to play the Narutimett games for a while and I finialy got Ultimate Ninja and was disappointed. I want to import 3 so badly.

looking good! hopefully, naruto's new technique and/or his 4 tails form is one of the ougis! and this game by the way is said to come out this 2007!
here are the confirmed characters:

plus 36 characters from narutimate hero 3 will be returning!
here's some new gameplay elements:
* Clash of High-speed Attacks - When two opponents clash, they will begin a series of high-speed attacks, appearing as a pair of blurs dueling across the stage. During this sequence, the players play a simple game of Rock-Paper-Scissors, which will determine the winner of the clash.
* Force of Jutsu Collision - When two jutsus of similair strength collide, it will be possible to push back and overpower the opponent's technique by repeatedly pressing the circle button.
* Awakening Ougis - When certain conditions are met, a character may trigger an Awakening Ougi. These techniques are more powerful than the standard Ougis, and as the name implies, 'awakens' a character's powers (ie. Naruto's Tailed Kyuubi form with super over powering red chakra).

Naruto's Father? I'm assuming he's the fourth hokage, since he's in the hokage section.

and the blond dude is the 4th hokage, but it's not confirmed he is his father XP

Correct.
The dude with the scorpion tail is indeed Sasori (though he's not available in his so called
"true form", which I don't know what it is).
The blonde-haired dude is indeed the fourth hokage. There's no information whatsoever about his links to any other characters so those are only speculations.

I've always suspected that the fourth Hokage was Naruto's father. It seems fitting that the father would sacrifice his son to seal away the demon. Plus, they never show you his face. Why else would they hide his face unless he looks like someone we would recognize?
Thing is, they HAVE shown his face :P

Do u have an imported ps2 system lol, because the american is region locked which is really disapointing
I don't have to import a JPN PS2...I can just get it modded
