No, it's not possible. Fetuses can fuse, but it wouldn't be two minds in one body. The mind is formed during infancy, not the womb.

Besides, it's confirmed that Bo created Saku as a result of being bullied.

And, what's more, why does Bo call Saku his "sis?" Is he aware of her presence as his other, or does he actually believe she's existant in terms of reality?

Yea, those are probably the same guys who say that people with multiple personalities aren't healthy enough to live on their own and have jobs, or that only one personality "owns" it and that the others either have to be merged or deleted, or those who say EVERYONE who has multiple personalities is suffering from it or was sexually abused.

NewsFlash. Most Multiples are actually healthy and happy with their lifestyle, and most of them never go to therapists about it or even let anyone know, staying in the closet so they're not persecuted. Therapists only get a skewed, unproportional sample case because the only multiples they see are either misdiagnosed, pretending, or have psychological issues unrelated to Multiple Personality.

The ONLY credible, reliable authorities on being Multiple is a Multiple themselves.

They're aware of each other on some sort of level. They'd have to be to be able to share a character, a single bed, the same classes and teachers, the same locker number, the same possessions, and the fact that they switch off sometimes in the middle of playing. No matter how delusional you are, you can't go "Oh, I must've been playing The World in my sleep. Hardy-har-har."

The evidence seems to suggest that Saku feels protective of Endrance, hence the reason she feels that she can leave now that both Bo and Endrance are protected by Haseo.

I'm guessing that Saku feels affection for Endrance because, at least on a subconscious level, Bo and Endrance are alike. Both are socially inadequate introverts with weak personalities that need the protection of other people.

I totally agree with Master Umbra, unlike in physics, the opposites don´t atract themselves in terms of relationship, people are always atracted by their equallities(if this word exists...).

Well maybe Saku would kick herself/himself in the nuts, then switch back to let Bo feel the pain.

Still its kinda sweet how Bo kept Saku around, she must have been shedding (subconscious) tears.
