Question regarding Phyllos in ep 25 (SPOILERS!)

Antares has nothing to do with Phyllo in ep 23..he wasn't even the person who took Phyllo's PC, it was his grandson/some family relative.
Antares only had been asked by Phyllo to teach Haseo, which he did in Vol 1 and then he had been told to make him stronger through the 'right' way (Haseo visits herald again and goes hacking lolooololol) and etc.
If the person saying goodbye to Touta in ep 23 was antares he woldn't be so stupid as to not realize he could force shutdown the game since he already has a PC. =.=.;
