I too thought the same name of the theme was wierd and made me think if its any good at first. However, I love all of Yuki's music. I trust she will not let us down.

Well, a short 15-second commercial recently aired in Japan that has a song that sounds like it might very well be the OP. I love it already :D

YouSendIt Link (25 downloads or a week - 9mb XViD AVI File)

Best upload spot I can get unfortunately :/

Nice find, Varion. Thanks.

EDIT: I updated the site, and we have a direct download now, so no more yousendit garbage. :) Thanks again, Varion. If you'd like your name to be linked somewhere, just PM me with it.

Is there someone with the opening and ending theme songs who could message me on AIM or MSN? I'm having a bit of hard time finding them...

They haven't really been exposed yet. Give it a few more days.

I am afraid that I am incapable of playing this advertisement.

Apparently, I need an update unavailable through the Quicktime server, and I do not wish to download BitTorrent simply to watch the advertisement.

I have no problems with any of the other Media downloads on Dothackers, so I fail to see why you I am incapable of seeing this particular advertisement.

You are incapable of seeing it because of your ignorance. BitTorrent is not a movie file, it's a file transfer method intended for mass distrobution. The torrent file and the tracker and the client work to download the file. If you're not willing to download and install a BitTorrent client, you're screwed when you start trying to download Roots because it is the most popular form of distrobution to the masses for fansubbers. The file is encoded in XviD, which is currently the most popular codec for it's wide use. If you are also unwilling to get proper XviD support, you're screwed again. Furthermore, there is a direct download of dothackers (crappy) trailer, and there's a BitTorrent going around of my way superior and way smaller trailer. "Shinbangumi" does not mean ".hack//Roots starts on April 5th". -_-

Well, maybe it is my ignorance that keeps me from being capable of downloading an official BitTorrent.

Maybe it is my ignorance that keeps me from seeing the Quicktime version simply because there is some form of component that I am incapable of finding.

By the time Roots is available for download, I will have the necessary programs to view it, however, until then, if there is an alternative to installing new software, I will gladly opt for that.

Do not associate technological inferiority with ignorance, the fact that you lash out at a person simply asking for assistance without even understanding their request simply proves your own ignorance.

If you look, you will see that I never asked what BitTorrent was, I asked whether or not it would be possible to view the advertisement with the current capabilities of my computer.

As you said, 'try again next time'.

Hey now, don't be hatin'. I'm amazed to know that one can possess a "way superior" version of a 15-second piece of nothing. Oh, and the subtitle on the BT version wasn't my idea or doing.
