A much smaller mech, that looked an awful lot like a gnome, dropped down from the ceiling and walked over to Luca, cocked it's head to the side and it's eyes changed to about seven different colors before it opened it's mouth. "ID card registered. Resetting security. Please do not return to hostilities." It's head cocked back upright and hopped onto the security mech as it packed itself back up and was then lifted back up into the ceiling.

"I'm sorry..." Aelina apologized as they walked. Fortunately, the Hallway was fairly quiet. "But this is normal for me... But I'll try to talk louder for you." She cleared her throat, wincing as a piece of Cartilage snapped back into shape. Oh... that's why in seemed harder to breathe... she though before continuing. "My hair is still growing, thought it's slowed down greatly in recent years. At the same time, It won't stay permanently cut either, so I'll end up longer then I am tall if it doesn't stop altogether at some point," she explained as her somewhat heightened voice slowly found itself back to its 'normal' volume.

"That's interesting. A bit of a pain I would think, but that's just me. Ah, here we are." The door swung open and Jesabell noticed the scorch mark. She looked around, nothing was missing, and Helper Bots were already at work repairing the damage the security mech had caused. "I should probably have warned you not to fight in here, shouldn't I?" Jesabell picked up a measuring tape and walked over to Gray, the robo gnome dropped back down to assist her as she started taking measurements. "So, what kind of style were you thinking? Knight in shining armor, swat team member, or just casual clothes?"

"I'm sorry, but I won't take part in assisted suicide. Do you remember earlier today? You know the part before the running. You were pinned to a wall." She grabbed him by the collar. "By some miracle, I happened to show up and stunned them long enough for us to escape. Exactly what do you expect to do next time? I won't always show up in time to save your butt." She let go of him roughly, shoved him aside, and pulled out her gun, several targets popped up on the wall in front of her and she started firing at one of them repeatedly, not perfect accuracy, but they all found the target. The magazine empty she threw it aside. "Fine, looks like I don't have a choice. I'll go pack." The gnome picked the gun up and carried it off for her.

"Get upset about it if you want. It's my choice, is it not? Allright. Enough of that. On to the serious business. We aren't here to destroy evey being or monster in this room, no. We ARE here to fix this school, but we aren't going to use Murder as a way of helping this school. We are going to fix it, not destroy it."

Áed woke up and found that his target, the little girl who could revive, was missing. “Aw man… I fell asleep…again.” He wiped a faux tear from his uncovered eye and incinerated a hall monitor that was asking him for a hall pass again. “I still have the hall pass!” Even still to this day his eyes lit up whenever he lit something aflame. “Fwoosh fwoosh! Burn it all to the ground!” He laughed and blasted a window with his flame thrower. “Errrr why was I here so early today? Oh yeah the clean-up crew…maybe I should head down there…I think I’m the only third year on the team.”
Áed approached the door and slammed into it as once more, he fell asleep.

Aelina chose that moment to speak up. "Umm... Are you sure that you won't reconsider...? This place isn't safe to go without a way to handle the or otherwise survive the dangers here..." she said to Grey as she came out of behind Jesabell. She had so little presence that it was easy to over look her in an argument. "You seem like a nice guy, and I don't like to see nice people die, so please, rethink this...?" she continued until a bang at the door made her jump. "Ah! ...What was that...?"

Luca couldn't help but smile at Aelina's statement. People didn't listen to him because they mistook him for a blood thirsty savage. As for her... who could mistake her for anything but a good person?
Luca looked at Aelina and swept some of her hair from her face as he approached her. "Hello, Aelina. I'm sure you don't remember me... but we were in the same class last year... I sat behind you... and we were the only two survivors from the extermination squad of last year. It seems your fortunes haven't improved, so I was thinking about keeping you safe," Luca said as he smiled at her. "My name is Luca, just to remind you," the man said as he turned towards the other two and laughed. "But don't worry too much about our boss, ladies... he's got a strong bit of will and some strong convictions. So long as those ideals aren't crushed by the weight of reality, he'll be fine... and we might wind up having more survivors than last year. we had a 95% mortality rate last year."

It took Aelina a little while of thought to after Luca introduced him. "I'm sorry. I don't really remember you all that well. I've been having trouble remembering last year since that Anti-Council extermination incident last year," she replied to him as she looked at him. "And thank you for helping me earlier, but are sure you wanna try and protect me...? I don't want to cause you unnecessary trouble for my sake... I'll be fine, but..." She turned back to Grey. "Please... At least consider some kind of armor for yourself?"

Luca took her hand with his human hand and smiled at her. "I'm positive. After all, that said event, with the Anti-Council Extermination cost us most of our resources and manpower last year. It's kinda a blur for me too... but I recall a pile of bodies and blood everywhere. There were only three survivors of that incident... me, you and Yelrah, who disappeared along with a handful of his followers he made after said event." Luca leaned in and smiled at her. "We're in the same boat, so it doesn't make sense to let riff-raff push you around. I'll keep you safe, I promise!" he told her, smiling as he held up his right arm. "I swear it upon this arm of mine."

((It seems you surely forget that Áed is a third year Zorolo )=))
Áed woke up when his face slammed into the floor but took a moment or so to get readjusted, “Oh damn, the floor’s cold around here.” Áed simply kicked open the door and introduced himself, “I here this is the commit- oooooh baby girls~” He said with inflection. His eyes turned onto the girl he charred up this morning, “Well if it isn’t the little phoenix! I love what you’ve done with your hair,” he closed his eye, but unknown to the rest he was smiling. “Where’s the chairman of this board, I’ve got a few choice words for-” His eyes turned to a bookshelf and lit up, “I’ve got this burning feeling~” He aimed the nozzle of the flamethrower at the bookshelf and in a swish blasted it, “I’m burnin’, I’m burnin’, I’m burnin’ for you ooh ooh ohh~” He said as he put down the flamethrower and watched the pages burn to a crisp.

((He shouldn't have done that.))
Helper Bots swarmed over the burning books, the security mech dropped down from the ceiling, and electrified Spiked Chains shot out from every direction to bind the firebug so that the security mech would have an easier shot. Jesabell stared at her books, the fire was starting to die. Helper Bots could fix a lot of things, but the written word was an exception. "Zaz, bring me my cannon." She muttered with quiet rage as the security bot began firing. Maybe Great can turn the other cheek, but I will not be letting my things get destroyed.

((But they looked so...burnable!))
“Ooh baby this is getting me all hot” Áed said feeling shivers from the chains, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me.” Áed bit his tongue as he watched the helper bots scrambling to fix his attack, “Ooh are those books yours? I’m…not really sorry.” His eye gave her a dead serious look, but another shock made him nearly jump. “Oooh~ We can do this all day, baby what’s your name?” He giggled happily as the security bot aimed a canon at him and whimpered with the shocks, “I’m not gonna lie, I’m super excited now…does it go pew pew? Please tell me it does! Please oh please oh please! I really, really want it to! If it does you can blast me to swiss.” Áed said looking at Jesabell, “Cause these are yours right? By the way cutie, what’s your name I don’t recall seeing you before? Or at least not with that bandanna thing you’ve got goin’ on.”
((Demons are masochists right?))

((I don't think pew pew is quite the word for it, given it's as big as your chest.))
BOOM! Rang the shot, ((exactly how much punishment can he recover from?)) The chains would survive, at least the first volley, Jesabell had never actually needed to utilize the security system before, so on the one hand she was glad she got to test it, on the other hand. This was not a Ray Bradbury novel.

((Áed is kind of… a nutball? And he can suffer a lot of punishment. A lot of it. I mean he’s getting masochistic tendencies from seeing a cannon aimed at him.))
As the cannonball slammed into his chest, Áed merely grunted and batted a tear. “Baby, that’s way too violent.” He said as the cannonball fell down with a large bang. “I think it stung me.” His uniform was miraculously still intact as he looked at the cannonball, “Let’s go again! Let’s go again!” He said in a giddy almost child-like tone. “But this time aim for my face, who knows, you might blow it off? No?” He closed his eye, or at least that’s all they saw as he grinned widely. “Hey, hey! Do you know the muffin man? His stove’s amazing bro!”

((I've always enjoyed playing those kind of characters. It's refreshing when your thoughts aren't required to remain sane.))
"Little... Phoenix...?" she said to herself, not understanding what Aed meant by the comment at first. It wasn't until he turned and set fire to the bookshelf for seeming no reason that she thought about it. Everyone had said, and she herself had noticed, that she been set ablaze at some point. Now it made sense. "Oh... He must of been the one that started burning me earlier..." she said to no one in particular as she stepped back from the bound Pyro. It felt odd to her to see some else get 'abused' for once.

Luca stepped between Aelina and the violent assault going on at that moment. "That's enough. He's clearly insane so let's just tie him up and toss him out a window or something. It will keep him busy until he breaks out and is a hell of a lot more humane way of dealing with this prick," Luca said as he attempted to shield Aelina from the senseless violence.

"Hold on. Err...You...Luca was it? Dangle something shiny in his face, relfection of light can often draw attention. Jesabell, can you get your mech to secure that flamethrower?" He asked as he placed his hand over the cannons mouth. "We've done enough, let's not indulge him further." He looked accross to Jesabell, "I'll pay you for the damages."

Jesabell was walking over, carrying a cannon over her shoulder, with the gnome trying to help keep her from falling over. She turned her glare from Aed and instead turned it on Gray. "I don't keep dime store novels here, Gray." She set the cannon down on the gnome and sighed. "There was no monetary value attached to those. So keep your bloody money. Zaz, reset the security." She rolled her eyes and grabbed her gun off the gnome, and shot the flamethrower repeatedly causing it to explode. "Fine, he can live, this time. But if he does something like that again Gray, I don't care who gets in the way. He's not going to survive long enough to enjoy his death." The chains released him, but a cage dropped down from the ceiling around Aed. Zaz tottered off with the cannon as the mech once again went back up into the ceiling.
