hey now leave the kid alone I can understand that she's got issues, look I'm a father of three kids and it must be difficult for her(oh and moon queen I was simply kidding on the marry me thing), and to put this forum back on track, I hate it when games are based on movies my ten year old asked me for a transformers game on his psp and when I bought it for him I noticed that the gameplay and graphics were ****, thats why kids dont go buying games based on movies

It coulda been worse. But yeah, I was really just poking a little fun because that type of thing has become commonplace in videogames lately, so I'm a little surprised someone isn't used to it.


One other thing I hate in video games? When it gets through testing, gets released, and there a part in the game where it is physically impossible to progress through the game without a cheating device. (I'm looking at you Airblade's 2nd level!)

another thing I hate in video games would be the fact that sometimes they try to combine 2 genres that dont work together, such as role playing and time attacks, and that they try to revive games through weird reincarnations such as sonic the hedgehog reborn as vanquish.

I hate when games don't have gameplay, yet still have the title game on them.

Oh, and I forgot to mention quick-time events. Whoever thought it was a good idea to include them in Resident Evil 5 needs to be drawn and quartered. The only games who managed to do this right were Shenmue and God of War, and even God of War needs to find another gimmick.

Uncharted didn't do too bad with QTE as well.

I hate when video game players, always complain and **** about the video games not having things that they want and they claim it would benefit in general when in reality it would only benefit them.

When good games die. RIP Crash, Spyro, Jak, and Daxter, and Sonic (seems to be making a comeback with Sonic 4)

Games with fail controls. Worse with no customization options.

When epic characters get nerf, and some characters are just way too powerful (Meta Knight). Damn it why did they nerf Captain Falcon? Least in Brawl by turning only the gravity on heavy he can somewhat combo.

Super cheap things that people use to troll, or is just too broken. I got mad at the Hiruko spamers, and tag team assist spams so I just got Hidan, and froze the Wii.

This one is just for lols, and shouldn't be taken for real. Every time you play Blazblue CS when you loss to a Hazama player you have the shame of being trolled.

And it's not entirely dead. There was a new game released about 2 years ago.

The Last Frontier was ok, but why not just make an even better game on the PS3. The story in my opinion could have been a bit better.

Unicorn, FF13, and Peace Walker were all exemplars of their series in my opinion. They're more like arguments for why a series should go on forever. (Unless that's what you were trying to say...) FF13 is controversial I guess, because some people fear change and can't seem to understand all the things "typical" FFs do wrong, but the other two being great is essentially solid fact.

"Milked" is more like the new Scooby Doo show I had the misfortune of seeing. You'd think something with both Lewis Black and Patrick Warburton doing voicework couldn't possibly be bad, but you'd be wrong.

I think Pokemon is pretty much true milking, with no innovation.
