Actually, rewatching the trailer about Genius's friend, he first asks him for help in 2021, and then in the second half he's seen in 2024. He might actually be the thread that ties the two stories together. It's possible he went to Japan in 2021 to deal with CC-sha, and then again in 2024 to figure out this "Twilight" thing. I really want to know who he is, he's probably someone awesome, for Genius to be treating him as the cavalry. I mean, for all we know this guy is Helba...

I kind of burned out for awhile, especially having a heart attack everyday the localization of link isn't announced. A little refreshed... so... still no new info on the anime(s)?

I'd expect there should be an announcement soon, they said "this summer." They're unloading literally one announcement a day right now so that either means it's imminent or they're too busy and check back later.

I can't wait for one last classic OMGWTF CC2 trailer.

hey do you think you can have this translated I've tried to do it but my japanese is kinda rusty I'm even planning to take up a college course with a foreign language part just to understand the .hack series ever since I watched sign and to be honest tsukasa reminded me of someone I once knew... but she's gone now so I keep watching sign to remind me of her...

The original Kite would be around 28-30 during this time period in 2024, so no. "Grandaughter" is highly unlikely.

Daughter seems weird too, not everyone can be Mireille. And like I pointed out in the other thread, this is a non-pattern. It's equally likely she has no direct connection to Kite...

However like all the other "Kites" she may have a connection to Aura in some way.

Yawn well then good to ya. As the previous stated .hack//Quantum was announced as the latest animation production. At anime fest VS a promise was made for a special premier on November 27 with Bandai Visual. In a short interview Newtype revealed three main characters and back story. ( Sakuya, Mary, and Tobiasu.) Enjoy. >.< I was wrong about the skin!
