Hmm, this is giving me ideas for the screenshot thread...

As of now the best anime I have seen (though I doubt any of you have seen it) is Speed Grapher. Though don't look it up its one of those young adult animes. Defiantly makes you wonder if things like the club in it really exist though. (I honestly think they do.)

A club where the wealthy gain magical superpowers based on their fetishes? Probably not. Though there is this...

At any rate it's a great show. I wish the localizers hadn't been so cheap they had to butcher the opening...

Well, the original type of fetish was a body part put onto a necklace and worn. And which body part it was depended on what it did, like an ear keeping you from hearing things that offend you, or a tongue preventing bad things from being said about you.

So its kind of like magical talismans.

Oh wow, nostalgia rushed into my head pretty fast; I'm not sure, but weren't there at least 2 more shows like that one? I could be confusing them as regular cartoons with anime though.

I have heard of it; haven't watched it yet, but it's definitely on my list.

S-cry-ed in my book was the best anime. Short, Good Plot, Quick and good character development, even death between good and bad guys, Sweet powers, and awesome characters such as Straight Crouger

Yeah, there are, The Flying House and In the Beginning: The Bible Stories, but that one has the best name.

The ultimate anime is hard to choose though. I mean, the one I've always loved other than .hack is the El Hazard OVAs. Both OVAs have an interesting way of doing something new to the storyline.

Though lately I've been a fan of Chrome Shelled Regios, 07 Ghost, and I think Hetalia.

The only ultimate is El Hazard for me. None of the alternate versions though, just the two OVA series.

I knew it, thanks! I actually studied in a catholic school and sometimes they showed us episodes, which I personally find it funny, given the fact that some religious people say japanese cartoons are the work of satan and who knows what else XD

the parts about Saya and the people from an alternate world? yeah, those would confuse even a veteran of the series. It's a bit like when Evangelion first came out. it took a while for theories to pop up and the story to actually develop into what it is now :/

Not Sure if anyone has said this or not, but other than the .hack series my next top favorite was Air Gear, even if there was not a second season.
