Honestly, Kyero Fox, just ignore the comments against you and move on. It's best not to say anything at all since it gets slammed back into you four comments later. Okay, my take on the three series.

Dragonball.
I have to admit, this is what bascially got me into anime, besides Sailor Moon. There was a nice, well put storyline to it, and Kid Goku was bascially my childhood hero in this show. Some of my favorite moments in the entire series came in this saga, especially the funny ones.

DragonballZ.
Okay, I guess the series got a bit, adult. It all started when Raditz and Goku were both blasted by picolo's attack, leaving a bloody, gaping hole in their stomachs. The momentum of the fights had slowed down a bit compared to Dragonball, meaning, the fighting was bascially replaced by talking during the length of the episodes. The action was also exaggerated a bit. Instead of something new happening in each episode, most of the content from previous episodes was recycled during the first five to ten minutes of the new ones, slowing down the progression of the story. The introducing of "Super Sayians" turned out to be a good add-on to the series. Honestly, it felt cool believing I had long, golden hair, with electricity covering my body. The basic problem with this series altogether has been put into this simple rhyme: LOTS OF RECYCLING, NOT ENOUGH FIGHTING. Overall, it was enjoyable

DragonballGT.
I was hoping this series would fix the previous mistakes made in DBZ, but it didn't. Instead it pushed things into the "what's going on?" category. Plus, it didn't really last that long either, seeing that it bascially only had two major villans, Baby and Shyn Shenron, to carry things out. Plus, MORE SUPER SAYIAN FORMS?! Again, I give it a rating of Average.

Which leads into this new series and the live-action movie. Well, let's just say I'll check out the movie for laughs.

Honestly, I can't **** wait for the Live Action movie, It will prob be a DBZ version of The Forbidden Kingdom.

anyways, Sure they sound like their gonna crap them selfs when they power up. But if you remember the episode where Gohan teaches Videl how to fly by focusing your energy to make your self fly yada yada not gonna get into details, but sometimes they have to do that to power up. Sure it takes them one episode when they first do it, but thats it.. after the first or second time it becomes instant. Atleast they show effort into transforming, not POOF! "ok Im FUll power now Im gonna turn this fight totaly around"

Broly is the only one who I haven't seen grunt like hes gonna crap a load, but thats because broly is da ****..

Ok, just finished watching the episode. And well, its everything expected in Dragonball. It reminded me alot of //Returner, as every major character made a reappearance, save the evil dead people.

DBZ to me isn't very good. every time i go to school i see 4 dudes acting like tards screaming and acting out scenes and making the sound effect it's very annoying. I think they are 1 chromosome away from being retarded. they get mad at me because i don't like their show and the go around shooting "ki blast" at people and one day i just hit one of them and he cried. how do you act like that and then cry when you get hit. this was no I'm going to kill you hit this was a chill out hit.


I personally think this show is for children or people lacking any real excitement in life to enjoy. or if your just immature. I find the show very repetitive and easy to predict. It's never taken any real risk. Not taking risk can be somewhat of a hindrance when trying to attract new viewers.That's why i think some shows should remain nothing but nostalgic memories rather than bring it back and keep raping your childhood with pretentious crap that everyone will complain about because it's not as good as it used to be.

There is something called childhood. And not every show has to be unpredictable and wanting to attract new viewers with new stuff or using strategies that not even marketing geeks do. Also, DB is such a classic, and it'll be always liked for being the way it was...the new episode is more than anything just to make old viewers remember the series and for new ones to see how was it.

I understand don't get me wrong somethings are just meant to be left in the past. Example If cowboy bebop had went on it would eventually became crappy. DBZ is a geat show for children. I'm all for letting kids that have never seen it see it. I'm all for nostalgia too. DBZ didn't need GT. hell DBZ didn't need to go past cell. sometimes shows are better when they end.

Do you really doubt the fact at how people act in public. They really do that. I am in no way saying don't act how you wanna act. There is just a way you act in public. I have seen people have piercings that look awesome and they completely normal in public. When you see a 15 year old child going around and (he actually made this move up) shooting spirit waves at people. IT GETS OLD QUICK. You even said it yourself kyero you do that around friends, but not in public. If i went out in public and acted like i had a sword and yelled out zangetsu and started slashing it around you would think i was on crack. you wouldn't think wow he's kick ass. If you want to act out scenes from your show go for it be the best you can be but when you disrupt other people that's an issue.

DBZ is aimed at CHILDREN how can you not say this is a child's show. You can like whatever you want. My opinion still stands. If you like to eat ice cream with hot fudge that''s great. Death note changes itself up though it's not just kill, kill ,kill. It gave you different perspective. instead of the hero your the villain. along with the potato chip moment DBZ doesn't do things like this. sometimes you need a good laugh. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT, it gets boring and can lose viewers.

Things get repetitive if you let them. It's true every show in time will get repetitive. but you know what. some shows do their best to preserve themselves just like death note did. They preserve themselves by not lingering on. Shows that linger on will eventually become crap.

Liking a show is fine but eventually you need to grow out of children's shows. I love cow and chicken and i know I'm gonna have to grow out of it. Kyero please don't say I'm on AT's kiss ass because I'm not. kyero If I think something is funny to me it's funny. Say I'm childish whatever. but when i think somethings funny it doesn't matter what people say i don't care.
