Actually, hes not insane. Sakaki has an intention in making "The World" a peaceful game when he started playing. Its just that something came in and things go a bit off track.
Spoilers:  The reason why u see a change in a PC's attitude, like Sakaki and Sirius, is because of AIDA. But AIDA does not twist their thoughts. Its just that AIDA feeds(i dun think this is a good term, but i cant think of any at the moment) on people's emotions, and when i mean emotions, it includes ALL forms of emotions. AIDA magnifies such emotions greatly, hence u see an extreme side of both Sakaki, Bordeaux and Sirius in vol.2.(U will learn more about this through Ovan and Yata, but mostly from Ovan). More will be revealed in vol.2 and vol.3.

Grrr... why can't it be the end .. like atoli ... I hate it when they kill off my favorite characters...

They did it in so many games and movies. Its like they go into the future and find out whos my fav character and then goes back and kills them off.

she doesn't return till Cubia in Vol. 3 is dead and thats the last boss. So at that point she's practically useless after she returns.

But even at that point she will still be too low of a LV including skill wise to be usefull.

as for Maxing out her LV in this vol. before she leaves bad idea unless you kill haseo off in battles since you can't collect the adler keys at max LV 100.

Or even if you can collect the keys at max LV 100 they will not be that many in any area/dungeon reguardless of its Level.

  Actually he supposedly isn't even himself. He's being mentally manipulated by Ovan to be the "villian" in his senario of forcing Haseo to fight the other epitaph users. After the task is compelete Ovan wipes his memory so he isn't haunted by what he did.

Yeah, but Ovan is sort of a jerk. I would be sort of offended if I was Haseo and Ovan kept toying with me. But...Ovan DOES have cool glasses, so I guess he is forgiven

what did I do?

and I did mean power level her in the 3rd volume before the final fight so I can have her in the party.

EDIT: and I didn't know anything about what happens in Vol 2 or 3 ... except if it includes Alkaid. I know nothing about these keys or w.e.

so sorry if I'm being stupid ... and I am gonna have Alkaid in the fight agenst the last Boss ... if you can.
