Blitz finished installing his copy of The World. "All right so now what? Race? Hey cool a wolf. Class? How about Tribal Grappler, that sounds like fun. Appearance? Wow! There are a ton of options. There we go now all that's left is a name. Let's see. Oooh I know. L o c o Loco." His character is created and his screen goes black for a few seconds. "Aaaak! Did I break it?!" Mac Anu comes into view. "Whoah! This looks awesome!"

As the soundtrack begins to play inside the Chaosgate chamber the Blue swirling orb slowly floated out of the chaos gate and began expanding, bits and pieces of data began to form as Tsugasa's character came into view. Once fully Materializing Tsugasa opened his eyes slowly, his Sapphire eyes glowed in the sunset lit dome. "*yawn* man it's been a while since i've logged into the world. I wonder what's going on today." Tsugasa began taking a few steps forward, reaquainting himself with the feel of the game. His wolf like feet tapped against hte cobblestone floor as his tail gently brushed only a few inches off the ground.

Stepping out of the Dome Tsugasa looked upward and smiled. "I wonder if the Twilight Source is still active? (my guild on my RPG) Tsugasa opened up his menus and pulled out his Steam bike. slowly moving down the bridge Tsugasa leaned against the steering wheel of the bike, his arms folded thinking lightly "I wonder if Kyubi and Rin are around, maybe even Yumi-san, that'd be nice." Sitting up straight Tsugasa put the bike in high gear and drove straight into the plaza, having the bike dissappear as he jumped onto the fountains edge. "Who's here today?"

Dorali warped into Mac Anu. He looked around at the players crowding the dome. Apparently, something was happening. If it was official, he supposed that he would receive a new email. Dorali logged out to check.

There was a new email from CC Corp in his junkmail folder, along side dozens of other spam-listed mail from other registrations, which is why he didn't notice it. It was a Newsletter issue titled "New OP!" He clicked on it and read it carefully, eager to see why everybody was bustling about. As he finished reading, he realized how useless it was to him, as he almost never finds the spirit to do any fighting or questing. However, surprisingly to himself, he considered it.

To all players,

A new optional patch has been released! This patch contains new quests, able to be attained from a quest shop at each Root Town. Please download the attachment on this email to receive the patch and install it.

He thought for a couple of seconds. "I guess I should, Dorali thought as he clicked on the attachment icon, but will I even use this? He was not attracted to combat and the "glory" that so many other players have been playing for... but what the hell, right? It wouldn't hurt. After all, what were his weapons for anyway?

Logging in again, he saw that the players in the dome had gone away. He stood there thinking for a while, still hesitant about what he was planning to do. He never quested. In fact, he had only used the Chaos Gate to go to Morrigu Barrow. If he could, he would use it for other Root Towns, but he had not yet gained enough levels to unlock them. In fact, he didn't have enough levels to do anything.

Well... I might as well try it...

He equipped his blades and headed for the quest shop.

Geoliath... It seemed to be easy. Hunting down a monster and killing it. He was confident that he could do it. He selected the quest and listened to the quest tutorial scene. Informed and seemly overconfident, he headed back to the dome to port to his destination.

Crow logged on.

He had been "recovering" from something that had happened two years before,and he thought that he might find what he was looking for in The World's second edition.

He was a lv1 player,and Adept rouge who was still only at his twin blade stage.
He had no idea how his class worked,and didn't care.
All he felt was anxiety.
This game had taken his life away,taken what he cherished.

The name crow was a symbol of himself,which was betrayed by the full white outfit he doned to signify his furification as a person,and his rebirth as an avenger.

He stepped away from the Chaos gate.
In any other game he would stop to look at the graphics,at the pople,and at his own character's abilities and strengths,but he didn't care enough to look at his stats.
He knew what he had picked,and he knew what he was.
He didn't need any stats or gauges telling him that.
He had decided he would be a grace,one who could hold life and carry it.
A "Grace of Life".
He walked out of the stone dome where he was,after saving his level 1 account.

He looked at the crimson sky.
The players all looked so frantic.
Some of them were to young to be playing such a game.
Some would be considered to old.
Some were addicts.
Some where people who had been recomemnded.
Some had been highered to looks after the games maintenance.
Some were even game designers feeling that which they had created,which they thought was either a job,or what they thought was beautiful.
And kind of player,in a group or not,had reasons to play.
Any group or any amount of people were different.
Countless reasons for playing.
Countless minds searching a non-existant word.
But all for leisure.
Every one of them,regular or Employee,wa splaying to maintain some level od leisure in there life.
Some level of happiness.
A level of confort they were adapted to.

And al these reasons are what set him apart.
He wasn't playing for leisure,not for fun or sport.
Not to kill time,or impress friends.
He had nothing.
No one to impress,nothing to waste time until,no level of leisure to maintain.

He was a grace.
He was different.
He was here because he had lost everything.
And he was searching to gain it all back,to hold life in his hands,and send it back to himself.

He walked out into the city.

"Eternal City Mac Anu...despite the name,it won't be here forever."He muttered.

He walked into the square.
He needed to get stronger,and so he needed to learn the rules of this new version of the game.

Alright,here's how this works.
as you proceed through the area i'll tell you what happens.
I'll give you descriptions of every map segment,even if only breifly,and then I'll say what's in it.
I'll sometimes say what monsters are doing.
Against bosses I'll be moderating movements alot.
Your objective here,at Delta Heaving Snarring Dramon,will be to slay Geoliath.
I'll moderate once you log in to the area.

Dorali warped into Delta Heaving Snaring Dramon. He looked around, analyzing as much of the area as he could, seeing if he could find anything important about the area.

The area was a grassland area.
It has various trees,shaking with Chim-Chims,two barrels,two temas of Tiger-like monsters,orange in colour,and a hill that has a climable slope on one side.
You can't see what is on top of it.

There are also medic union non-gradutes behind you,who would heal you if you talked to them,but only once.
There are only two of them.
The map has a bridge going up,right,and down,and a chim-poter going left.

Your in the middle of the field,it seems.

Dorali instantly got reckless. At the sight of the monsters he just dove into a mob, with no skills set or any items. His weapons flashed behind him, the two blades glimmering against the bright sun. As he ran, he smiled, underestimating everything around him and inferior.

One creature noticed him approache.
A chest became visible between them.

The battle fence appeared.

The battle begins screen flashed.

One began charging a dash attack,while the other two charged spells.


(Report:I'm logging off for the night.You can moderate the creatures yourself,as well as the area,but stop as soon as you either beat 5 groups of enimes or encounter Geoliath.I'll try to set dates fopr when we do this.

Tsugasa stepped down after realizing that none of his party members were on, and from the logs, they had never registered for R:2 either. "...... this is pretty sad......" Tsugasa hung his head low as his ears drooped, players walking by and staring at his straightforward attitude at the world and his interaction with it, "Well looks like i'll need a new team then for the time being. Jumping backwards Tsugasa called on the steam bike again, "Lets head back to the dome and see if we can find some people!" leaning back and placing his feet on the steering, Tsugasa put pedal to the metal and drove up the stairs and across the massive bridge back to the Dome. "I wonder if there are any other multi weapons out there, that'd make a good team"

Dorali's sprint skidded to a halt, as he backed away, nervous at the sight of the attacking monsters.

"D-Damn!" he cursed under his breath, "Block, block, block... which button is--"

It was too late. Dorali was thrown into the wall by all three attacks. Dorali stayed on the ground, as his player didn't know how to get up. He had forgotten all of the controls. Looking up in first-person, he saw the other two monsters charging spells, while one in front of him prowled in front of him. He looked away, gritting his teeth. In a split second, as the two spell counters ran towards him and the nearest monster began to run at his vulnerable body, time seemed to slow down. During this lapse in his mind, his whole mind seemed to spark. The commands came back to him, all at once.

Throwing all caution to the wind, he hit the rise attack button, pushing the pouncing tiger away. Holding the block button, he withstood the two spells. His HP dropped close to 0. He just laughed at his inevitable loss.

"This is going to take a while..."

As Verendes heads to the Chaos Gate, he notices some players talking about something like "Kestral"
V:.......hmm(shrugs and enters basic keywords)

(Verendes has already engaged in 2 battles winning each one without fail)

Person (male): Yo!
V:! yes?
PK: So, first day huh?
V: *nod*
PK: looks like you're gonna help me then!

PK: Ya see, I've already decided that I'm going to be a PK!!!

The two players watch each other. Verendes with his Rapier on one side of the field, and the PK with his Lance; watching each other.
Suddenly, the PK lunges forward, he knows the techniques of the Lance are to pierce. However, right when his attack lands, he stands there, his Lance Blocked. With confusion, he looks up to see the emotionless face of Verendes now twisted with a maniacal delight! Lazors tries to escape, but it's already too late. With quick movements, Verendes damages Lazors for 25% of his HP before Lazors can move.
"AHHHGH!!" screams Lazors.
Verendes ignores the scream completely and sneers,"Oh, so now you regret your actions? I'm afraid you're too late," he manages to stop right before the next blow hits the PK, "Did you think that my being the same level as you was enough to assure victory? HAHA!!"
Lazors was too stunned by these words and the loss he was experiencing
too even notice that he was still losing the match. Bit by bit. By the time his thoughts disappeared, he was dead. Before the Game sent him back to the root town, he gazed up and saw Verendes' face return to normal. Even as the game took him away, he swore to himself that, even for a few moments, he truly felt pain during the fight.
