Most of the wedding/friendship events were boring.

You'd think Atoli had a lot more to say after everything that happened. Yowkow on the other hand did have plenty to say on her wedding event. It was quite romantic and it upped th "awww" factor. The only other ones worth watching to me are Natsume, Azure Knights, and Piros since they were entertaining. Oh and Endrance too since it had a bit of both. (Atoli freaking out was priceless )

If I recall the marriage event can occur with Natsume. I believe it mentions it on .hack//wiki but I'm not sure. It says something about [/b]

It isn't a wedding event. Its one of the friendship events, since she is the only female character that doesn't have a wedding event with Haseo. Basically she opens her eyes, showing her PK side and goes after Haseo. Haseo for his part, runs like a wuss.

Natsume and Haseo don't have a wedding event because the barely know each other. They just met as of late Vol.3. All of the other character have known Haseo since at least mid Vol.1 even if they weren't on good terms.

As for other weddings, here's a rundown. Spoilers just incase and I might be wrong about my interpretations.

  Atoli-Once again disapointing all around. Despite all that happened she still seems rather unconfortable around Haseo, and seems surprised he's doing this. Haseo basically shuts her up and tells her to come on. They do look happy in their pic though.

Yowkow-IMO the best one. Yowkow basically tells Haseo that she wants him, but she isn't worthy of him after he gave his all to save her (using a Sleeping Beauty/Prince Charming metaphor) while she wasn't strong enough to do anything for him. Haseo tells her it's ok though, but Yowkow says he shouldn't put up with her foolish desires. Haseo again tells her that he will treat her well anyway, and cheers her up a little. This is interesting in that Yowkow is basically showing Haseo her inner self, and that her coma hurt her spirit alot more than she let on when the others were around. It's rather sweet.

Bordeaux-Like I said she thinks it's a joke, Haseo says he really means it, she's stunned and basically loses her tough image completely showing her real age.

Pi-Like Bordeaux, she thinks he's joking. Haseo says that no he really means it. Pi laughs, Haseo asks her how she could laugh when he's baring his soul here. Pi says its' not that. She doesn't doubt his feelings but she wonders if Haseo knows how to treat a grown woman.

Kaede-Haseo doesn't say much here. Kaede talks about love, and then says they will have to try their best together. Haseo agrees. I think this was supposed to represent an arranged marriage or something.

Endrance- Ok I really have no idea what's going on here. I think Endrance wants to know if Haseo is being truthful or not but Haseo doesn't seem to respond.

Shino- Haseo apologizes for taking so long to save her. Shino tells him his lying which doesn't make much sense. Haseo asks her if this is really ok though, what about her and Ovan? Shino however says they have to go as everyone is waiting for them and leaves without really answering the question.

Tabby- There's an awkward silence for a minute. Then Tabby that it's good for him. Then hurries them off. I think she meant that she's happy that Haseo is back to his old self again from the begining of Roots, as opposed to the Terror of Death she last saw him as.

I could be completely wrong but I think I sort of got what was going on. I might have looked into the subtext a bit too deeply though.

The Alkaid one sounds so sweet... *sniffle* Damnit, I haven't even played Volume 2..................

I still can't see Haseo and Kaede... When I first saw the pic of Haseo and Kaede in a wedding dress, I thought he was just the "Best Man" or something. I think the Best Man walks the bride down the aisle at a wedding, and she was gonna marry Zelkova. And that scenario also applied to the Saku, in my head.

But, I guess Haseo does marry Kaede or Saku... Never saw those 2 coming... But, I haven't played Vol. 2 and 3, so yeah...

  Not quite. A friend translated it once, and while I can't remember the exact phasing, Endrance is essentially confessing his love for Haseo and desire to be with him. Haseo's not saying or doing anything, though.

That's quite possible too. Like I said I found his hard to understand.

Not really, since Kaede is more mother-like to Keyaki since he reminds Kaede of her late son. Kaede is a divorced 28 yr-old whose son died in a car accident.

You know thats interesting. Since Shino was the Innis user before Atoli that would mean that she fit the Mirage of Deceit personality more than Atoli did. Makes you wonder about how truthful anything she says really is. Unless it bonded to her without needed a personality.

Also, about Kaede being a motherly figure to Zelkova... That's nice, but the story is sad... I guess Haseo could be the fatherly figure, since Zelkova does look up to him. Well, I guess I can't doubt that wedding anymore. That was the one I doubted most, I think...
