Note about Doppleganger....

Any specific techniques in this one that might change how to fight him? Or just stick to Beast Awakening, and throttle him? Oh, and at the beginning of the game can you try for him? Or do you have to wait quite some time before that's applicable?

I completely destroyed the doppelganger when i fought him. All i had to do was run him over once and boom! instant charm, lasts a loooong time. Combo'd to my hearts desire

Then, the second time i fought him (he caught me by surprise this time) I just SP sealed him and proceeded to rape him a second time.
Hooray for status effects!

A bit of topic what im about to say but that Piros the 3rd song u get from the book of 1000 (or whatever its called) is a bit catchy in a corny way

Call me odd but yeah I guess I was in a goofy mood >_> lol

Back on topic: I'm getting mixed reviews on how hard the Dop is going to be in Vol 3. But is the Dop really much different than the one in Vol 2? if not then im going to own him 1st chance i get when Redemption comes out

I never considered him hard at all, but yeah, he is a bit more annoying. He constantly casts status effects and the like, and the sleipner trick doesn't work anymore (it takes like, an eighth away now instead of half) so the new cheap way is the bike. And don't ever use dual guns while he can attack, or else hell juggle you like a flaming chainsaw, and you're party members like flaming corpses (thats actually exactly what they are at that point).
