i just had a theory, and wanted to get it down before i forget again >.>'
remember in vol2 when Taihaku is attacked by something and no one knows what it is?i think that it was sakaki who attacked him.and also remmeber in the vol3 trailer sakaki is calling haseo gulity, and its like hes on trail? maby sakaki did all of this to give haseo the blame of killing Taihaku,or something along thouse lines.
If it was Sakaki, I would think the Taihaku attack and blaming Haseo for being a PKK are two different things. Taihaku has a reason to be killed by Sakaki, since he runs one of the most violent guilds.
My guess is either Sakaki or Ovan infected him, in order to use the arena to get Haseo moving again. Anyone Taihaku kills in the arena will become an unreturner.

Sakaki more likely. and maybe, Ovan is behind all of this. (he usually doesn´t do the dirty work)
Another exclusive DVD type thing?... I kind of hope it's not like Unison... in the sense if it's not released here, I'd be kind of ticked off... although the "Exclusive" .hack//SIGN episode 27 "Intermezzo" was put on the final DVD in Japan and here..
But still.. it's going to be another one of those "We should be able to download it" and "No, that's still illegal" things where they argue back and forth.
I still view .hack//SIGN episode 28 Unison and Final Fantasy VII "Last Order" as things you should be able to download since they are exclusive and that's not fair... I hate limited edition stuff. Everything should be available to all.
To get it in Japan you'd have to shell out 82 bucks for a package with all of Liminality again and the UdeDen audio drama. And it's not like you can't still buy the American version for less.

EDIT: According to the website, there'll be a trailer early next month, and it will be really spoilery. They say many people might regret watching.
Well, the volume four trailer was also kind of spoilery. Oh well, I can't wait! Thanks for posting that tidbit though, so I don't continue to have my hopes up every day. @_@
