That signature was done really well but... the video game Haseo compared to the anime Azure Kite kind of threw it off.

double click the layer you want, but not on the text, a window should pop up and then select stroke ont he left hand menu of the new screen

Yes and use imageshack or just quote the post that the image has in it, its a bit annoying when im at school cus i can't answer the question

I dug it up on Integral. Also KoC just to let you know, i have a thing against people who use fanart images. Its kind of upsetting when you make a sig out of someones art work where you can actually contact and ask permission.
