It's no slower than sign.

As for Ender being Pai. Or Naobi being Yata, I don't find it very hard to understand.

They had to get their hands on Ovan's character data. However to do that, they couldn't do it legally. So they created dummy characters for 'illegal' stuff.

Yata and Pai would be in so much trouble if their bosses found out :P Aside from the illegal stuff they did as Naobi and Ender, having secondary characters is illegal for Administrators, unless the rules have changed since the UdeDen era.

Also, I'm really pissed that they didn't show us what was under Ovan's arm except some glowy thingie. Pfft. But of course it wouldn't be that easy. As for Pai's personality change, that's easy. As "Ender" she's showing the vicious side of herself. The side Haseo knows is the kind-yet-professional side of her.

Still though, I gotta wonder. The Avatars are directly effected by the emotions and personality of the Epitaph Weilder. What would the ramifications be of having a secondary character where their emotions aren't monitored by the Avatar?

Creating dummy characters makes it easier to conduct illegal operations without being exposed. Right? It makes sense doesn't it?

Yata and Pai don't abide by the rules even in their Epitaph-Wielder PCs, creating dummy PCs in itself is illegal but they have done illegal things since losing the Naobi and Ender avatars.

The strange thing with Ender becoming Pai is that many people dismissed such ideas because Ender is so different to Pai. Of course, small comments Pai makes such as "this is going to be fun" before kicking about a few PKs are easily comments Ender would make.

It is possible that through their interactions and facing each other from a new perspective, Haseo got to know a different side of her. Ender's personality could easily be roleplayed while the events that occured after Haseo met Pai gave us a glimpse of her real self.

As for Ovan's arm, I'm not surprised that we didn't see what was inside. And I guess not controlling their Epitaph-PCs would simply mean their emotions didn't affect them in any way.

Still, there can be many reasons why they want to remain undercover.

We'll probably find out soon enough.

Also, I accepted the connection between Pai and Ender easily really. Both of them seem quite fond of fighting.

What I want to know, if during the game does Pai actually say things that really insult Haseo?

Even if they transform into different characters there are some instance of resemblence of the original characters, e.g they would say stuff similar what would they say as past characters from time to time. Like Haseo would get the hint that Pai could be similar to Ender but will dismiss it since Pai is a totally different.I was wondering if this ring true in the anime and the game otherwise it would be quite unrealistic :).

The personalities they portrayed in their previous character models could be a cover up. The TaN guild seemed to be created for the sole purpose to capture Ovan.

Hm... I don't think they're all that different to begin with. But time will tell.

Dosent Yata say something about Ovans arm in connection with the black box? Maybe opening Ovan's arm would mean starting up the Phase program as to bring Aura back..

No, he says that Ovan's arm is -like- a black box.

Meaning (for those of you who STILL think the Black Box is literal) is that Yata and Pai, along with everyone else except Ovan, has absolutely no idea what is sealed in Ovan's arm.

Well I wonder what will happen to Haseo, Sakisaka and Tabby after Episode 13...

We know that Shino will most probably be Data-Drained and that Haseo won't see Ovan until the beginning of the first game. We also know he can't have seen Yata or Pai before the games either.

I find it odd that B set and Gord simply quit when you begin learning about their real selves, though this may be a new trend in Roots in order to emphasise the idea of being online (none of the characters in SIGN simply quit halfway through).

I'm also wondering whether or not Tawaraya will return, would his suspension have lasted all the way up to the games?

In the end, that leaves us with three characters we know will still be capable of interaction, which seems quite small. So the questions are:

What will Haseo, Sakisaka and Tabby do from Episode 14 onwards?
Will any new characters show up?
Will Tawaraya, B set or Gord return?

I'm guessing that Haseo, Sakisaka and Tabby will form a party in order to find out what happened to Shino. After all, Haseo said all they needed to stick together was a common goal.

Eventually Sakisaka and Tabby will disappear for whatever reason. I'm guessing they fall victim to something, break away from Haseo or simply quit The World.

Well I'm really not sure if even Ovan knows himself what is sealed in his left arm. Maybe he just get himself gaught so he would learn what is inside himself.
Why els would he go to that place where the Key of Twilight was supposed to be if he was already expecting Naobi....

And I have just a sense that Tawaraya could, just could be  Taika.

And if Shino gets Data Drained in episode 13, then I gues we will finally start to see some huge chance in Haseo...

Tawaraya is the guy that was left out of the group. I doubt he has, or ever will have, an alt. As for characters being written out of the story. I'm guessing that they're making room for a bunch of new ones. Like characters from other guilds.

Uh, sorry. Who's that again?

Was Shino that accurate about Aura losing hope in The World? It's just really hard to believe the ultimate AI, the child of Light, vanishes because her home starts to look ugly with the Second wave/version of TW. She was supposed to stick to it no matter what, bringing hope and trying to influence peace, or start another 'Chosen One' crusade or something.

Well, he is a guy from Vol.1 in GU.

And who knows why Shino thinks this, or whatever way of Aura.
Maybe she knows somethings others don't know, or then she just thinks the way she thinks from her own view that doesn't have anything to do with the real reason and situation of Aura's disappearens...

i'm sure Tawaraya said 30 days. ^>

Imagine Haseo's reaction once he learns Pai and Yata were responsible for breaking up the Twilight Brigade.

in the 13th episode i could see Shino being data drained. that and Haseo, Sakisaka, and tabby talk about what to do next. Yata and Pai don't get to finish thier analysis of Ovan because of the reaction of his arm. if shino is data drained next episode, expect much of the air time to emphasize haseo and shino at grima lowe. perhaps it is ironic that once the twilight brigade exists no more, the twilight finds them. Tri-edge>> Shino. ^>

Actually, it's the other way around. Aura left and then the World turned to hell in a handbasket.
