just see the difference in the photos and the game u have

The pictures are probably from an older version. They usually release screencaps from the version they have up front when the screencap is needed but that's usually not the version that gets produced.

I like the look it has now. It's very digi.

I'm pretty sure it's not a Phantom event. And it's not the "Present Campaign." There's a new BBS Announcement. It's red and it only has a couple words but I don't know what any of them are...

The Blue Demon Wings? They were from a Map. One of the quest chapters has it. It's the same 1% DEF as the ChimPack so it's really just a style choice.

Phantom isn't as strong as I thought
I bet about 5 times 2 were already half done by others and also I bet him the first time from the 2nd try but after that all are first tries
unfortunately I got no rare cards all of them were just normal [N/N+] cards and I already have them.
