I didn't see the Phantom icon either. And there's nothing on the BBS about it. What happened? Were you just walking through a field and he jumped you? You said you didn't get to fight though? Did you have the 40DP to engage? Might not be the same number this time, it was 40 last time

when I clicked the icon last time it was just a blank page which confusing me (maybe because of my bluestacks problems).

It seems that the menus and icons in the game are a little bit different from the preview video
just see the difference in the photos and the game u have

The pictures are probably from an older version. They usually release screencaps from the version they have up front when the screencap is needed but that's usually not the version that gets produced.

I'm pretty sure it's not a Phantom event. And it's not the "Present Campaign." There's a new BBS Announcement. It's red and it only has a couple words but I don't know what any of them are...

The Blue Demon Wings? They were from a Map. One of the quest chapters has it. It's the same 1% DEF as the ChimPack so it's really just a style choice.
