Those scans are pretty recent, actually. We have English Vol.2 gameplay already too. For it's just a clue that 'summer release' is sooner than we think....or CC2 playing with us.

Nice to us? Nah, they say that then they pull it back to fall...><

Anyway, they already have everything translated to English, they're just working on the voice acting or something for roots. Not sure about that exactly.

Some companies get a preview exclusive for their company i.e. 1UP Studio's and release the images with their names on them exclusively out to the public. Some take these images and edit out their watermark.

But Roots is being voiced by a different company. They do work somewhat together to keep some consistancies but Roots is being voiced in Canada. If they're smart, they won't release volume 2 till around episode 24-25 of Roots. Roots is on 16 or 17 now I think.

Phyllo is the issue with the release...  In ep. 24-25(or something like that) he dies, he then leaves Anteres to teach Haseo in his place and leaves a program in some dungeon to give a message to Haseo, him leaving messages and saying he's dead would ruin Roots... DAMN PHYLLO!

That's also right around the time of the big spoiler anyway. Still I can't believe Bandai is trying to have Roots and G.U. go together here seeing as how Roots is getting terrible treatment and they can't advertise the games during Roots anyway. It just doesn't work that way in the U.S.

I am probably one of the few people who stay up till 5:00 a.m. to watch it. lol. I'm a fan of english dubb....can't say I like the jap dubb though. but in the meantime, I have been occupying myself with other anime's such as Elemental Gelade and the Law of Ueki, but that is getting off topic.

I just watched the new video that dothackers posted and it makes me mad to have to keep waiting for it like this lol.

SWEET!!!!!! I was irritated that I didn't know what Dol Donna looked like, I wanted to include it in fan fiction but I didn't have a clue about its appearance! Its much smaller than Mac Anu though(Annoying but w/e). Is the Sage Palace area of Lumina Cloth any different? Does the upgraded guild have any new rooms?
Also what r those new theta server platue type areas like, whats the mission there? Is there a dungeon?(that would suck... I hate dungeons) Is there a boss?

Yeah, and the reason why we can't air shows with subtitles? Because people like to complain about "Oh my god it's not in english I"M FREAKING OUT ZOMFGLOLROFLWTFZOR!!" On youtube. Can you imagine how much the Email servers for say, Adult Swim would be flooded with pointless crap if they released say, GaoGaiGar with subtitles? It would be flooded with annoying "English voices please", or "You posted the japanese with subs? I hate you." crap.

Honestly, if people got over their damn "It's not english language and I hate reading subtitles" BS, they might pull it off. But people like to be losers like that, so it's a no go.

People like to hear things in their native language perhaps? I certainly don't mind dubbing as long as the rest of the show (music, edits, etc) isn't butchered, ie. anything done by 4-kids. I only watch subs cause I'm impatient and they come out first. Roots dub is fine, I don't know what everyone's problems is with it. The only problem I have with the English voices there is that they aren't the game voices which makes it sound a little odd when you try to put the two together. But other than that it's a fine dub by itself. Do you have a problem with the game dub too? I personally think the game has a wonderful dub with wonderful voices and Yuri's Haseo is better than Takahiro Sakurai at some points too though Takahiro beats Yuri at some points as well.

Ahh good so there is going to be other root towns, having just Mac Anu to wander around in was boring.

Personally, I don't have a real problem with either dub, though Roots!Kuhn ios horrendous and Endrance doesn't sound right... I'm not sure why people want both subs burned at the stake. Maybe bad at accepting change?

Alot of us spent months waiting for the game to come to America and Canada, and only had the japanese voices to listen to in the meantime,so we got attached.
plus, haseo's japanese voice is the same as cloud strifes, which makes him uber awsome without any work required.
