Well, I can´t complain, even the original plan to create Aura was almost a disaster, the RA was a disaster though, the thing is that to do anyrhing with Aura, to go right, must be precisely done, something that didn´t happened in both of them.

Well in Aura's defense, I dont think she anticipated that CC Corp would do something as retarded as the RA plan, which is one of the major causes of the problems anyway.

That I'm aware of but... Exactly how did Aura get in Ovan's arm? Cubia I understand to an extent as the AIDA which infected him. Only thing i think of is using her "godly" powers. Is it because of her that Ovan was able to hold back Cubia's infection to an extent, if at all?

Aura was sleeping in the Corbenic Epitaph, and when it was getting put together into the Epitaph PC, Aura was taken along for the ride.

And no, Cubia was not the AIDA that infected Ovan. Cubia was born with the destruction of the AIDA.

Ahh I see. I apologize for asking so many questions, I like many others can only make assumptions without actually understanding the game in entirety. Thank you for clearing up that plot point.

It's ok. I was one of the believers of the Cubia = AIDA theory until the third volume came out, and since most people trust my words like a god, I helped that theory spread like a wildfire.

Well helps that you're very precise. Also a question about Bordeaux. What was her fate in vol.2 involving her AIDA being data-drained? Another coma like vol.1? Further more I hear she helps take out one of Cubia's Gomora(sp). This is possible to do as a normal player? (I know was possible in the original .series but things could change.) One last question regarding her, does she join during or after the story?

In that case then, If she returns to God statues and if people still see her as a God she mite leave again. I just hope it's been long enough that people wont look at her like that. But if they still do then maby it's not a good Idea for her to return. Instead she should go out and find you know who. I only wish to see Aura happy.

Why would Corbenik need to be the anti-existence to the internet?

I don't know.

I do know one thing though, the destruction of the internet would mean that things would be a lot less convenient destroying the culture of the people in 2017. This would also cause something positive though, a lot less stupid assholes like me all over, ruining everything. I can imagine how things must be in .hack//G.U. "TUBGIRL 2017!"

I suppose because when Corbenik reboted the network, it became partialy integrated into it? If Cubia was the anti-existance to the Avatars (jun said that creating the epitaph pc's made an anti-existance didn't he?) I guess that would just cause Cubia to become the anti-existance of the now Corbenik-imbued network??? Something like that at least....

No, the AIDA was just removed. And in GU, EVERYONE in the World takes out Gommorahs, and can be fought by ordinary players, and in fact helps stabilize Za Warudo for a while until Cubia pwns it. She joins you after the story, when Aura gives you her member address.

Ovan never had Cubia in his body. The AIDA are the Key of the Variant. Anyone infected with one has it. Ovan was just special because he had both Keys. Ovan's System Restore created Cubia because it was obscenely powerful, the likes of which was never seen. Aura wasn't part of this little equation. You fight Corbenic 2nd when you get to the Creator's Room, which is immediately before the System Restore. The Rebirth power that resets the network is only triggered by Corbenic's destruction, which is why Ovan wanted Haseo to kill him.

By Corbenic being the Anti-Existence, I think you mean Cubia. Since Corbenic wiped his power through the whole network, a network-wide Shadow would be needed.

So it's basicly just because the Sys. Restore was so uber-powerfull? I mean, it purges all AIDA while stabilizing the network and maintaing all data, so it's gotta be really powerfull...
That's the reason Cubia was born as an anti-existance?

So does this mean that Ovan was the source of the AIDA, because he had the Key of the Twilight, and the Key of the Variant is the anti-existence to that being in the hands of a human?
