I think it would be more like Haseo can't summon Skeith at all after changing to X-form until Atoli, Kuhn and Endrance help him for the first time. Afterwards though he should be able to use 3rd form Skeith anytime no matter who is with him. After all the three of them can't always be with him since you can only have two people in your party.

Unless someone states something different, Net Slum is just some sort of Recycle Bin in The World, and it always exists. Helba just loved that place and there were important events in IMOQ thanks to her and Net Slum, but she was just a hacker that could access it easily, not the creator of Net Slum.

Helba created Net Slum. It's a fact. It's not a natural part of the World, which is why the Administrators have been wanting to delete it for some time.

So, AT, does that means someone also created the Net Slum in Vol 3???

I know I saw somewhere (not in the Lim Easter Eggs, I'm sure of tho') that Net Slum had only existed as a Junk folder in the World and it was Helba who actually turned it into an area/root town sort of thing.

I think all the Helba talk came from me pointing out that Haseo's xth form bares some resemblance to Helba's (white color scheme, exposed belly button) and it's been revealed that the hackers in netslum try to hack into/repair Haseo's character after his data is damaged and left in the dessert field, and so I was trying to suggest that maybe white color scheme+exposed bellybutton=hacker.

Indeed, assuming the original Net Slum was destroyed. Of course, there was more than one Net Slum to begin with.

EEHHHH! Wrong. Lim Easter Eggs are non canon. Helba collected all the junk data by herself. Why would CC Corp keep it, anyway?
