He can't not make an appearance though. Same with characters like Enju and Hiiragi.

Looks like more than just the 10 from the scan join your party. There is a chance for Tenrawr and Ovan maybe.
Sakubo is tiny compared to Azure Kite.
Aida-Haseo and Aida-Skeith look freaking sweet.
Looks like I was right about fighting Corbenik again.
Where is the trailer?!

Nope, all ten confirmed characters appear in those scans, I can't see anyone new.
So there's nothing that suggests Sirius or Ovan will join your party as of yet.
Sirius will feature in the game, that's pretty certain, but he won't be in the spotlight it seems. It seems that Ovan, Sakaki, Taihaku and Aina gain the spotlight here.

One can't say for certain, but from that small screenshot with Azure Kite, it seems like he's not as stitched up as he used to be. That's prolly just from the image's small resolution, though.
