Elfen Lied anyone?

Yeah, the ending is wrapped up a lot better in the manga than it is in the anime.

Strangely enough, I think Kohta and Yuka ended up getting married and having a kid, though.

Then again, that doesn't really bother me.

Oh, and Bandoh rocks!

^ Yeah. In the manga, anyway. It shows that, in the future, Kohta has a daughter whom he named Nyuu out of memory of his "special friend," and she happens to look exactly like Yuka did in flashbacks of when she was a child.

Nana really made me sad. T_T The scene where she loses her limbs...actually made me cringe. So much detail...

i know , n that's why i said old . what i said is from the prespective on the current year, because i just recently watch it..
it gives me the feeling of Bible black (a hentai movies) but with more gore, better story , n no hentai.....

I plan to watch Elfen Lied in the near future, I havn't started watching it yet because of the nudity and not wanting people accusing me of things. Although I am looking forward to random blood coming out of nowhere ^_^;.

i love Elfen Lied.

As for the ending heres the breakdown.

Remember during the whole series....when Nyu was trying to fix the grandfather clock but could never do it?

Welll at the end when you see her shadow standing behind the gate the clock gongs.... meaning she returned and fixed it with her.......vectors.

any way for those of you who didnt understand the ending....there it is.

Also did any one else see the bonus episode?

I just finished watching this series over the weekend and I really, really liked it. It was one of the best anime I've seen in a while. And yeah, at the end it is Lucy. Aside from all the symbolic reasons, there's no one else it could have possibly been that would have made sense.

Agreed....but did you see the bonus episode?

It was pretty good......it was about Nana cleaning house with Nyu and then Nana tries to fight her....but then she calms down and behaves like a good girl and cleans house.

Then Nana lures Nyu out to a spot so the military guy could kill her but Nyu falls in the rain...bangs her head.....and turns into lucy. But Lucy is unconscious and Nana has Lucy on her lap and it is mainly about Lucy's backstory and history.

and then at the end Nana has a better understanding of Lucy.

That's how it mainly went.

Yes, I saw Episode 10.5 (sometimes called Episode 14). It's not really all that great, I mean, there's not much to it.

I've seen Elfen Lied. I liked it so much I bought the box set. Anyway it's a great series and I love Lucy and her amnesia ridden alter ego. So much gore, so little time.

It's actually on my list of anime I'll never watch again XD
It had a really beautifull point behind it...but I can't take the violence and bloodshed, it makes me feel ill even if it's just animation.

I would think that the most F***** up episode was when Lucy was a kid and those little punks killed her dog and then she blew them up....LOL.

that was pretty messed up.
