Well, as for your first question, I just approximated, there's way more than that though. Number of part A key words in the game x Number of part B keywords x Number of part C keywords x 5 servers is a pretty huge number. Of course, minus the game related ones you've already been to.
The DVD Easter egg... well, I was never able to find it ON the DVD, but somehow in each volume there are secret keywords. They lead to dungeons which have some interesting items in the Gott statue, most of which are items you trade for powerful weapons from the people walking around with three items requesting trade.... you know how some ask for a weird item? That's where you get them. The ones that aren't for trade are just really good items like power-ups or strong armor. Also, in these secret dungeons you may find a useful rare one-of-a-kind item in a chest on the deepest floor, that you can only get once. I'd list the keywords but right now I'm exhausted, but anyway you can find 'em all on gamefaqs.
Note: If you're on Quarantine and haven't done them, one of them had a little secret event with Bear and Elk that you can only do in Outbreak, so they won't be there, and you missed the chance to get Bear's Sword. There will still, however, be an item in the Gott statue tradeable.
Oh, and BL Yokohama is an item from one of the secret dungeons' Gott Statues in Mutation (you can get it whenever though), and it's actually not a trade item, but a power-up book item, which is why I was comparing it with the Golden Grunty. It raises your Water Element by three. AFAIK that's the only power-up item you get in one of the secret dungeons, which is ironic because Kite doesn't nescessarily care about Water. Oh well.

yuh all those weird items which people want like icebar etc etc i got them all for the people after i completed hack quarantine anf gave it to them in trades also i noticed while i went to the dungeons where the items were they had like strange rar equipment in them like cat hood cat gloves and others like ladys hat and other lady equipment lol is this what things your talking about.

If it seems technically impossible to make it even close to 9999 HP without hacking or cheating and someone claims they did it, I think we'd be interested in knowing how, assuming the story is true (which i still kinda doubt), because, you know, maybe we want to know how to do it ourselves...
