I'll probably get the Revolution first, I don't have a console preferance, they're useless unless they have good games. I just happen to prefer the Nintendo series, particularly the Zelda and Metroid Prime series.

The only reason I have a PS2 is for the .Hack games, if and when they release a PS3 .Hack game, I'll get that console as well.

You can't blame them for trying to stop piracy. But the way they did it was wrong. Anyways I tend to eventually get every console somehow...although it might take three years. I will probably jump at the PS3 first.

I'll probably get a PS3 when a decent game is released for it or when the price goes down. Getting a Revolution would be cool, but having enough money to afford one of these things is hard enough. ^_^;

Oh, and I refuse to get an Xbox 360 because I don't like Microsoft.

The Xbox 360 is looking very promising, now that it has more Japanese RPG developers' support. I'm eager to play Mistwalker's first works (Lost Odyssey/Blue Dragon), since Sakaguchi + Uematsu = *drool*

However, It'll probably be a year or so before I touch any of them. I'll be waiting for a price drop and RPG's/quality titles. The only one I may pick up on launch day is the Revolution, since Nintendo has a habit of having less-expensive consoles with great launch titles. However, if the PS3 boasts any good launch games, I may pick it up early. As for the 360, I'll probably wait for Mistwalker.

There needs to be a alll choice... Ive bought all the curent systems.. and hand helds......

Anyway... the only one i might not buy is xbox 360 cause On xbox i never find any good games :/

the xbox 360 has amazing grapics how can i say no to it..?

I'm getting the XBOX360. Then, when it comes out, I'll get the PS3. I'm not even going to bother with the Revolution. There are so many things wrong with it, I'd rather spend my money on more thought out and revolutionary systems. Nintendo will hang onto 3rd place just like last time.

Well, ill just buy them all anyways, but the 360 isnt worth anyones money with the games they have now money right now. Im onboard for PS3 as my first next gen console ^^

People say this because it's basically the same situation. A consol of lower specs and from my (and many people's) opinion lower quality. The dreamcast was basically an upgraded version of psx/n64. It was released just a few months before the PS2, Xbox, and GCN, consols of far superiority. Same with the 360, a few months later, consols that so far seem way better will come out. Microsoft is very tricky though. As far as I know there is no halo3 release date. That's because the're planning on releasing it as the same time as the PS3 and revolution to hold people to the 360. I refuse to support the 360. I just dont like them >___> Of course this is all just from a historical view point. For all i know the 360 might be so amazing that everyone will buy one and they'll all grow little legs and take over the world.

hey hey hey, you should talk of the xbox and the 360 as they were pieces of junk. the xbox WAS a good system and had a nice run *it was reluctantly my first console. the 360 has potential i mean isnt ANYONE excited for gears of war?or any other FUTURE games?

Highly unlikely about the Halo3 thing. That means they whooped out a seuqual in about 1 and 1/2 years. No ones that dumb.

Look at the PSP sales and say that. Sony's already conquered the handhelds basically. If Nintendo's holding on by anything, it's the GameBoy because the DS isn't getting them anywhere.

Is that why the XBOX is doing so much better than the GameCube, is neck-and-neck with Sony, and is holds dominancy over the online console business? Sorry, it's not XBOX or PlayStation that's "in the trashcan." I'll give you one more guess though what is, and another one for what will be.

well xbox comes out before ps3 so ill buy that first then by ps3 when that comes out
