"And I'm back." Aegis said as she reappeared near the other two. "Drunken gaming, always fun." She invited the other two back into the party. "Thanks for the info. And yes, as I'm sure you two realized while I was away I'm Ben. While I'm here though, glitchy as it may be, this is a game world and here I am Aegis, a soldier. At present I'm a blade brandier and eventually, when I figure out how I unlock my secondary class, a harvest cleric as well. Seemed like a good combo if I ever ended up soloing. If there's nothing else you guys want to talk about I'm going to hit up that store Reks mentioned and see if I can't find something I can use."

"Do you guys want to come with or should we just meet back up at the chaos gate in about ten minutes?"

" you go on ahead without me, I want to look around Mac Anu a bit longer." He sighed. "I wonder who Oz is." Hiro shrugged and paced off, however he soon realized that no matter how far away he walked, he could still hear Aegis and Reks talking. He thought about interjecting to let them know about this feature, but assumed they already knew from the tutorial. " I guess I should learn..." He whispered, opening his charophone. He quickly accessed status. " What I only have seventy hit points?" He sighed and scrolled past his character details, and pulled up the character screen. Quickly he noticed that he could see what his party had equipped, but not their star values. With a sigh he flipped down the page until he saw one particular thing. Fury. "Would you like to access fury?" The voice asked. "Access." " opening fury....fury opened." Suddenly a timer appeared across the screen, five minutes remaining. However there was no countdown...Hiro sighed." I must be glitched.."

Reks: hey wait a minute you can't just run...off..*sigh* ( he looks at aegis) allright lets go I'll show you the shop Aegis and then we need to drag hero back we can't very well be the two musketeers ( he walks with his hands behind his head) still that was really weird you heard that two right? That Npc said we were going to hell and then went to use our names...maybe it was a glitch?

"Well the game did just get released, there's bound to be a few glitches. It's probably some joke quest one of the devs was playing on another one day and somebody forgot to delete the coding. At a guess, I'd say it was designed to trigger based on somebody using a username that sounded like "Hero". But who's to say?" They were at the shop, you could either talk to the npc behind the counter or check out the swords on display. Aegis started with the arming swords, testing out the weight and feel. "When we've done the quest, or hit a brick wall, We should all send error reports, but for now why don't we see what the joke was? Could be fun, and we may get to experience something no other players get to." Aegis frowned, none of the european swords felt quite right, none of the ones she could use at least. There was one, it was a high level broadsword, but it was high level and expensive. "I'll be back for you eventually." She said setting it back down and moving to the katana. "In the worst case our character data will probably get reset, but unless this turns into an epic month long event or something, which I highly doubt, we won't lose too much. We should probably remember to keep good notes about what happens though, just in case. Hm, yeah, I think this will do." She held a basic katana with a black lacquer sheathe. "Potions are overrated anyways. Yo, shopkeep. I'll take this one." A few menu screens later and Aegis had a new weapon.

"Let's just take the warp point back to the gate. Yo, Hiro, you still on the party chat channel? We good to go? Or have you been swept off your feet by Milady de Winter?" Aegis and Reks warped to the gate. "Hey, either of you know how the job extension thing works? I'd like to get my magic on at some point."

Hiro warped to the chaos gate and sighed when he saw then two had been waiting on him. "Sorry to make you wait so long...let's just go straight to the field." He stood back a ways and then dashed for the chaos gate, he leaped through the ring screaming, "delta evil sighing cloud!" And suddenly he, along with the other musketeers were Sucked in. They reappeared at the base of a mountain, and the path forward was to obviously go up. "You have activated Fury mode, would you like to take the tutorial?" "Yeah sure." "Fury mode immediately increases all your stats by twenty percent and can also increase your body size depending on your play style. Fury mode can be activated only once per level, and has a time limit of only 5 minutes. Any monster defeated during fury mode will not re spawn for 24 hours. If you are defeated while in fury mode, you will have to wait two levels for fury mode to become applicable once more" as soon as the tutorial ended, Hiro's character flashed, and suddenly chsnged, he grew almost twice as buff, and his health bar doubled in length, he also no longer felt the Wright of the weapon on his back. "I wasted it." Was all he could say

Reks: ( he warps in behind the group with his sword sheathed on his back the sword in his app pic and he looks up the mountain) you mean we have to climb this thing? ( he looks around once hiro uses fury mode) oh wow you really did huh? I guess we better get this hunt started then before your fury runs out How about it you two

"It's fine." Aegis said and pat Hiro's back. "The first few levels usually go by pretty quick. Five minutes can be quite the long time in the middle of a battle. Let's just bum rush this and smash as many enemies as we can before time's up." She drew her blade, pointed it to the sky and bellowed. "LEEEEEEROOOOOOYYYYYY JENKINNNNNNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSSSSS!" She led the charge up the mountain.

Hiro buckled over In laughter and then chased after Aegis. By the time they reached the summit all three characters had gained a level, and Hiro still had 45 seconds of fury mode left. "This is pretty great! I didn't think I could have so much fun!" But the smile faded as they looked upon Golzmorro. Golzmorro wasn't that scary he was just a larger goblin, but behind him were three character players hung to a tree by their necks...only one was still thrashing around, fighting for air..."help...me" she managed to speak. Hiro froze...was this supposed to happen? "Gah! Guys we have to do something!" He rushed forward into battle not waiting for an answer. "WELCOME TO HELL" and "YOUR GOING TO DIE BEN, KYOSUKE, HIRO!" Was all Golzmorro would even speak as he slashed at the characters.

Some dev is twisted. Aegis shouted orders at her teammates, well Hiro anyways her plan hinged on the, for now, giant and she wanted to make sure she was heard over the giant goblin. "HIRO, throw me." Aegis hurried to keep pace with Hiro as she sheathed her blade and held it ready to draw and strike the rope once Hiro threw her. This is either going to be awesome or awful.

Reks: you take care of that! ( his blade glows as he activates a sword skill) haaaaaaaah! ( he runs at golzomoro and both the goblin and Reks blades meet and they both get knocked back but Reks received alittle but more damage but nothing severe) keep attacking....( he begins to swing his sword) the movements feel natural..all these years of kendo are paying off! ( he manages to parry golzomoro a next attack and land in a few clean hits) hurry it up!

Hiro didn't hesitate and threw aegis, not even feeling her weight, he then pulled the rifle from his back and.let out one shot, capping the goblins knee perfect lyrics and knocking it off balance. "Damn, that wasn't it's head," Hiro whispered shooting again, and barely missing Reks

"Sword Flash!" Aegis shouted, activating the skill as she closed in on the rope and sliced it perfectly. Ben was not a swordsman, but that's what the system mechanics and sheer dumb luck were for. "Yeah!" She cheered for a second before hitting a boulder. "Ow, not my best idea ever." She blew hair out of her face and pulled out her charophone. She flicked through the pages quickly until she found fury mode and activated it as she regained her feet. Aegis did not grow in size, but her hair seemed to catch fire and levitate behind her, almost as if she was moving through water.

"Ok, let's do this." She sprinted for the goblin, yawping loudly as she jumped into the air and came down on him with sword flash again, well tried to at least, Aegis got snatched out of the air. "Crap." And she was thrown off the mountainside, but aside from the crushing damage her hit points didn't drop much. Aegis had caught herself by stabbing her blade into a large root shooting out the side of the mountain. "Thank you sword." She groaned as she pulled herself up onto the root.

As she clutched tightly to the root, sudden realization of just how high up she was gripping her with terror, Aegis called out to her party. "How uh how are we doing guys?"

With just one click, Isaac was away from his room and into the world-- Where he was known as Nyx. To feel again the warm feeling he'd always get from Mac Anu and it's building. He walked from the Chaos Gate to the center of the town; glancing through the NPC stores and the few other interesting sighs that can be seen.

Ignoring everything that could be happening around him, he directed himself to the Magic shop and glanced through the many scrolls that there are. Not finding any interesting one he walked back at the Chaos Gate and sat in front of it for a while, shuffling between the Keywords; maybe to find an interesting or funny combination with an appropiate monster level for him.

Bio: Like every other nostalgic gamer, he started as soon as he could get his hands on the game and install it. Despise he being a new player, he tends to avoid people; as in a phobia-- He has bad experiences around people and if confronted, he can even stop talking or blush without a reason to.

Reks: woah! ( he watches as Aegis gets knoed flying past him as Golzomoro manages to lay in a few hits as Reks skids across the ground and he regains his footing) allright fine! ( he activates fury mode and like Aegis he doesn't grow in size but his air turns pink and he grows wings) I uh...don't feel any different...( he readies his sword as he yells down the cliff) you still alive Aegis?

"Yeah, just you know, hanging around." She shouted back. "Now how am I going to get back up there?" She asked herself as she huddled up against the rock face, hanging onto a frighteningly smooth boulder with one hand as she went over the items she had picked up. "Let's see, Mango, Fairy Orb, Wizard Blood- eww, Fire Storm- fun I'm sure but not very helpful, Tornado. Tornado? Tornado!" She pulled out the scroll, nearly dropped it as the winds suddenly picked up and Golzomorro did a ground pound shaking her limb, and she slipped off her perch and caught herself with one hand on the branch. She put the scroll in her teeth, wrapped her arms around the branch and swung her legs back up. "Oh god. Never going up a mountain again. I fricken hate heights." She breathed shakily as she straddled the root and opened the scroll up, she took one more steadying breath saying quietly to herself, "It's not crazy to be awesome."

"Ok, I'm going to try something. Uh, can one of you come over to the edge, I might need someone to catch me in a second." Aegis stood up and readied to jump. "It's not crazy to be awesome. It's not crazy to be awesome!" She said more loudly to psych herself up and jumped as she activated the scroll. "Zan Rom!" The tornado whipped up instantly and spun Aegis round and round, chipping away at her hit points, as it threw her skywards uncontrollably. "HOOOOOLLLLYYYY CRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!"

Reks:( he looks as Aegis starts falling) oh hey woah! ( he takes of a high speed and he manages to catch aegis mid air)....hmm 20% stats increase and I feel faster ( he looks to see he's flying) I'm actually flying wait..l where are the breaks! ( he manages to slow his descent but still the two of the, crash) ow...you allrght? i need to learn to control that better allright lets take this guy down you two! ( he readies his sword as he stands up) I'm getting really tired of this guy lets take this guy down you two!

Still sitting in front of the Chaos Gate, Nyx noticed a girl character who had been rambling about with some group of players--Who ended up rejecting her, and she, naturally, went off mad to a random area "People here are crazy... I wonder if he will come on today...?" Looking at the words, he had found some interesting words and areas. Exploring their elements shown on screen. He slowly studied what the areas had to give after all, having a strategy before you rush off it's pretty useful sometimes-- Not like the player that had just ran into the chaos gate like crazy

With the Keyword list menu from the Chaos Gate opened, Nyx openes his Charophone "Oh... I can multitask... Awesome..." Said in a low tune with a soft voice, he glanced through his equipment and status ".... Some critical would be good for a change.. It is a good thing when you're soloing or at a boss..." He looked at his HP, SP, Defense, and other stats.

After a while, he decided to look for an area that had a level gap enough for it to be a challenge, but for him not to get a single hit KO.

With a few skill slashes and thanks to reks' fury activation, Golzmorro was out in minutes. Hiro sighed inwardly. That was tough! He looked to the lady that had been hung by her neck. Her throat was red and you could still see the rope marks, "thanks" she managed to croak out, and immediately Hiro picked up on it, "t-tuturial lady?!" He practically yelped, his finger pointing at her in disbelief. She rolled her eyes and looked at him, "the only thing I did voice acting for was A New World, but that was months ago. Are you saying that I'm INSIDE the game?" She laughed nervously
