I just finished Playthrough 2, and I gotta say, if you're having trouble using Eridian weapons all you need to do is go to their Primatory and killing like 5 of them will level up a weapon class. Eventually the recharge bonus on those weapons will be just the same amount of time as reloading.

Reneid4 For PS3, and thanks for the tip erranty.

Yeah, doing that Primatory with Merdecai is SOOOO easy. His ability that lets you ignore shields is a godsend and you'll gain like 2 levels doing that area even in the 60s. Haven't gotten any other characters that far though.

Is it possible to have a group game between PC and PS3 players?
I'm not sure if it is.
Looks like I won't be able to help after all D:'...
@Erranty- Mordecai's shield piercing skill is one of the only reasons I chose to main with him.
That, and his ranged skills are right up there.
His melee leaves a lot to be desired, however...

Try upping his Lethal Strike, and equipping
Truxican Wrestler Class Mod and a
Revolver with +200% Melee Damage. Revolvers get a hidden +100% damage to everything, you'll be killing any basic enemy in 1-2 hits, and even killing Badasses in 1 hit with Lethal Strikes.
Otherwise you can always whip out a shotgun, and that "ignore shields" ability should help that way.
I'm a PC player, but right now I'm really just looking to glitch Knoxx's armory until I find enough decent weapons that I can take Crawmerax. I use the same name as on here for it, if you ever want to get a game going in the PC version hit me up.

The Truxican wrestler mod was added in Knoxx, am I right? It effectively perfected the idea of Mordecai being the 'assassin'.
of course, I play mostly with revolvers, SMGs and snipers-all mostly elemental; the damage you can do with some of the orange tier fire weapons is staggering, regardless of what class you are.
The armoury glitch is actually pretty tricky to pull off. I've already screwed it over once though, so I can't go back and fix it ;_;
Good luck on your part, however.
I'll be sure to watch out for you when I'm next online.

The armory glitch isn't tricky at all! In fact you're even given 3 missions where you can do it! 1 from the story, and 2 from Marcus. All you do is stop in the doorway/hatch right before all the shielded lockers. There's a false floor you'll fall into that's lined up with the track that blast-door's supposed to close on, just crouch after you've fallen though that and ta'da you're in!
If you're already killing Crawmerax for sport though, there's no point in doing the Armory, it won't have anywhere near as good of weapons and Craw. (I killed it like 6 times today with people...)

Really? I was talking about another glitch that involved screwing up the timer on the armory which can only be done on the third run-through.
But yeah, I have to admit that Crawmerax tends to drop some pretty snazzy guns; The armory is much better for shields and class mods.

Now I'm thinking of leveling up Lilith. And then maybe Roland if I'm not bored to death of playing. I have no interest in Brick, Constant rocket spam? No thanks.

good luck with roland, I've been playing as him for a long time and I can tell you it can be a hassle sometimes.

Many people believe that Roland makes the game incredibly easy, Mordecai being the character who does this second best.
Brick's supposed to be really hard to play as effectively, given that his skills don't help much at all in the post-game...

It depends, I only use the scorpio turret if I have to make a tactical withdrawal(retreat is not in my vocabulary) or if those damned lance rocketeers show up.

As long as you have a GameSpy tag -which I know you already do- then there's no difference between the two copies, and online play is completely possible.
