That is all.
...Jokes aside, I was gonna say Haseo, but then I remembered that I'm on dothackers and most people here probably already know of his epic brokenness.
Well, in that case, I may as well list a few of my favorites... (pre-emptive spoiler alert, can't be bothered to put everything in tags *is lazy*)
-The titans from Age of Mythology's expansion. Actually, just two of them (namely, Cerberus and whatever Egypt gets). And Gaia if you count the story mode. (Out of the ones I like, of course.) They're so absurdly broken that it's next to impossible to kill them. Good luck trying. (Gaia is literally impossible to kill. She doesn't appear in normal play, though.)
-Fujiwara no Mokou. Touhou 8. I don't think I really need to say much about her. She's overpowered and freaking awesome (so overpowered that she actually got scrapped as a playable in another game because they didn't have time to balance her moveset, along with Kaguya from the same game).
-And speaking of overpowered Touhou characters, Shikieiki. (Although that's more just crazy awesome and possibly not really overpowered. She is a pretty damn tough final boss in her game, though. Not sure about when you're playing as her...)
-And as for a seriously freaking overpowered and seriously freaking awesome character... Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War has a lot of them in the second generation, but in my opinion, the most notable is Shanan, who is not only a really sexy prettyboy a swordmaster (one of the most overpowered classes in the game), but also gets exclusive use of a legendary weapon that gives massive boosts to Speed and Skill. Watch him tear down everything. (Except those dark mages. They can actually give him a run for his money when he first joins... but after that...) Could make a case for Lakche and Yuria with her special tome (can make the normally absurdly hard final boss die in one hit), but as I said, gen 2 is full of broken characters, especially if you paired their parents right.
(And I can't believe I forgot Sety. He can easily get so strong that enemies won't attack him.)
-Later Fire Emblem games have a few absurdly broken characters too. The sibling lords in The Sacred Stones, Ike in Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn... and then comes Shadow Dragon and Catria. In a game loaded with units that have terrible growth rates, she shines like hell.
-Tales of Graces' Hubert. In the original Wii version, at least, he has a setup that can instantly kill the strongest monster in the game, making powerleveling a cinch. Note that this is kind of a halfhearted note since I haven't actually played that game, but if all Tales games had something like that, they'd probably be a lot more fun (in my eyes).
-And while we're on the subject of Tales, Destiny 2's Harold Belserius. She (yes, she) has an undodgeable overpowered skill... or two, or three, or five. Counting the extensions for the second one, of course. And Crazy Comet is painfully broken. Of course, considering that this game is full of enemies that can use equally broken skills on you (Magnadeus, I'm looking at you), maybe it's a good thing...
