hmm I also read that shinji mmikami is involved in the game, if a guy like him is involved maybe the story wont suck after all, Oh and unlike bayonetta, vanquish is being built on PS3 first so I guess I can consider people who own PS3's to be really glad about it.

I just dove into the demo so I have to say I'm kinda confused. Is the bullet time for finding a spot to recharge, for fighting back, or both? Overall it doesn't seem that hard though, standard shooter logic applies... The graphics are incredible, and the scripted event directing is so good it's hard to recall by memory what was a cutscene and what was a scripted event (e.g. the Argus transformation).

Why do you compare it to Sonic the Hedgehog, because a guy rolls around fighting an evil bald Russian guy and his robots?

AR Mode seems to be a measurable advantage when engaging in combat against several enemies at once or if you are being attacked (since it automatically activates if you took a severe hit) as well as a excellent tool to use while evading.

The only thing I REALLY don't like is that bullet time will always burn your suit out when healing. I'd rather be in regular mode and jetting across the field than standing there wasting energy.
