It's a registration question that we used to try to prevent the amount of spam accounts 5 or so months back. It's probably not needed anymore, but no harm at keeping it!

Question has been answered then...and yeah, i remember the amount of spam accounts back then; like 3 different accounts would be created per night, and they'd post like 10 times each X_X It was fun trying to keep track of who i had reported already though. lol
