All of which are unproven, and therefore not facts. We haven't been around long enough to witness a supernova turn into a black hole (or pulsar for that matter). And we certainly haven't refuted the wormhole theory by shoving a multi-million dollar radio down the thing's throat. These are not facts, they're theories adopted by members of a scientific community. A community of nerds that wanted to have their name in a book for future generations to read.

I am not sure if it will help anyone but there is a british website I love to use when I need help with something
Its called GCES bitesize it goes threw diffrent topics like maths and english and whatnot It may or may not help
give it a try though.
