I don't really watch too many anime that have to do with uber strong characters, etc. Sooo I can't really say. Therefore, I'm going to have to go with Suzumiya Haruhi. ^^ Either her or... Ash?! XD And Makoto Itou.

It is questionable whether Gundam can be considered one character or not though. Last time I heard, all of Celestial Being is Gundam, courtesy of the number one "Gundam nut" himself.
If it's one character though, then it's so totally Gundam.

Otherwise, it'd have to be a certain hand-riding tiger.

I know 01 is a Sentient, and is alive... I only said I hated the show, Didn't say I didn't watch all the episodes.

A character doesn't necessarily have to be human-based. Anything in Anime can be considered a character. Still with Itachi Uchiha on this. Sharingan=BAD@$$

She's been shot, destroyed, assassinated, hacked, and still she lives.

She's unaffected by stupid sharingans.
Is immune to ALL mental tricks that aren't hacking related, and she might as well be hack proof anyway cuz she's just that good.
If she's about to die she can just dump her mind into the net then come out in another body.
If she's got a gun she'll always have flawless aim.
She can life forever since all she truly is, is just data in a machine.
She's hot.
She's basically as powerful as Alucard, just without the tricks and unlimited strength.
If she really wanted she could hack a military satellite and fire a giant beam cannon at her enemies... and that's just overkill!
She's basically the only person who can fight even close to Alucard's level, and survive.
And before anyone mentions a DBZ character... all she's gotta use is a tazer or that orbital ion cannon.

You serious? lol... You waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over exagerate her ... boringness... she almost gets killed in a episode I can't recall, but she gets her head stomped on a lot, if it wasn't for the sniper guy,she would have been destroyed.

She is no where NEAR Alucard's level or any DBZ character.. a **** Tazer or a Orbital ion cannon can't beat Final Flash,Spirit Bomb,Kamehameha,Distructo disk, Super Ghost Kamikazi attack, blahblahblahblah.
