No they never did cause comas because Guardians lack any emotion to strengthen the suspension of disbelief needed to induce a coma. The only cause memory loss and headaches.

It's pretty much a given he would be "corroded"in R:2, because R:1 was virtually nuked after that RA Plan disaster and the leftover data was transfered to R:2. The real question is HOW did this data get to R:X? Was CCorp retarded enough to incorporate more leftover data to their next game AGAIN!? (Cause we all know how well that went for R:2)

Yet if the return of the Twilight Bracelet and Tsukasa's guardian is any indication, it most likely did get carried over, I'm just speculating how the bloody hell it got there.

And could Aura possibly preserved Kite and Tsukasa's data I mean she made it so that even Lio's couldn't delete Kite and Tsukasa well... Macha saved him when Admins came after him thats why there are no Admins chasing Tsukasa in .hack//sign. And Aura did make a deformed or demonic version of the Decendent's of Fianna and Kite of the Azure Flame... You know I just realized something Helba makes better AI's then Aura lol.

Aura was in a hurry when she created the zombie copies of Orca, Balmung and Kite, which is why they turned out freakishly... freaky.

Unless Kite and Tsukasa were hackers, they wouldn't have backup data on their characters. If people did that, then there wouldn't be as much of a problem in R:2, some people might've actually been able to transfer their R:1 characters. Either Aura, Helba or Zelkova/Keyaki could've backed up the character data, but not Kite and Tsukasa.

It might be because of the G.U. prototype. . . He looks pretty good in the cloak, not gonna lie. I wish he'd be in his Xth form, though =\

I can't think of any point in the game (or anime) where Haseo would've worn that cloak, other than the prototype (and it looks cooler than the prototype trailer...).

Could be one of the more artistic liberties taken for Haseo, much like how Kite, has no patterns on his pants and or how his weapons on his back.

Anyway I'd take the cloak over his hideous 3rd Form. I still say his 2nd Form was the best.

yeah his second was the best, insted of the x form he should have gotten back his second with weapon upgrade

Well... if Kite doesn't drain a whole bunch of data all at once, Like one of the phases if they happen to come back (or something similar), then Cubia won't show up again (That's why at the end of the first four games when Kite got a new bracelet Cubia didn't show up again, there was nothing bigger than Data Bugs for him to DD).

Cubia doesn't necessarily needs the Twilight Bracelet draining something huge to appear again. All it needs is a strong enough source that goes beyond The World's system, which will cause it's anti-existence to appear.
With all the heroes being gathered like this with their respective powers (assuming Haseo still has his Avatar, something about Xth Form, or just something overall he's the only one to have), if they use them together that itself could create another Cubia.

It's cause all of these awesome abilities the characters get need an anti-existense... though I wish they'd make a new one @_@

Tsukasa should not be changed, i think one of the things i didnt like about the roots/G.U. series is that the world and the characters were set in a... um well i dont know the word for it but, but i liked the "old" way that sign/lotb looked. and seriously where did this come from? this is the first time ive heard of it.

.hack//Link is a new manga. It started running only a little while ago back in like, November or so, and hasn't concluded yet.

is it in the states yet?
