Zelkova kicks ass. and he's tiny so he looks tight fighting with that giant goddess reaper scythe thing. I love that mortal attribute. I also like Kuhn. I like his hair too. those are the two I mainly use. Back when I needed a healer I used atoli but she's so annoying. so I replaced her with Zelkova.

WHOA... i was thinking the same way... atoli keep heal... traps inflict 90 dmg she use the ol repth... (350hp) MAN... she just anoying...but naw i got pure medallion... PROBLEM SOLVED !!!

I think that if you're going to fight in a major battle or just care you should have a balanced trio of You (power hitter), Fighter (someone who you can have one monster busy with while you take out the other one), and a Healer (and give them attack magic scrolls).

Ideal party members:
1. Endrance and Shino
Endrance has enough common sense to not just stand there but actually move out of the way unless he's in a combo, and Shino is preferred over Atoli because a) She has a natually higher HP/SP lvl and b) She is less annoying, not like a weird puppy stalking you.

Also differing from my main pairing idealistics, I like to take certain peole with me depending on the story line:
Kuhn and Pi/Atoli (AIDA missions or fun)
Kite and Balmung (Chaotic PK Hunting)
Shino and Tabby (Brigade Reunion...good when I want them to let me be the star)

I never use Piros, Gaspard, or Orca that much because there is always someone better to use.

Kite and Azure B. but sometimes if I feel really geeky I will use Azure B and O and its like Kite got the boot and im now Azure Haseo or something. Then I snap out of it and bring back Kite lol.

1) Endrance and Saku
The combo of god, Endrance has the HIGHEST physical damage output of the cast, beating Piros and Zelkova usually and with higher hit counts, plus the charm affect, he can usually out do haseo. Also he has every attack and healing spell he can get so he makes a good healer, though he's usually on rage and I manually make him heal. I usually sic him on the supporting melee in battles, be it arena or in the feilds while I take on the main and Saku wastes the caster.
Saku, dispite having lower M Atk than Gaspard, her lost weapon's level 5 attributes usually let her make up for that, has the highest Magic damage in the game. Also with her high SP she can usually manage healing the party with Ol Repth, atleast enough to get us through a few fights. In the arena she can usually take on most other mages without a problem, wolf song of sweepstakes being the only toughie, also her status spells, aspecially Mumin Lei, can help take a powerful enemy out of the picture while she heals or me & endrance take out the other one. Sometimes, with bosses like the big O of rebirth I can use L2 to have her run with me and manually command he to cast OrLei Zas or OrAni Zot from a safe distance.
2) Silabus and Gaspard
This is kind of like the above but Silabus has a WAY more conventional normal combo, with endrance covering such a small area and taking too long Silabus gets it done quick, also, because he doesn't use a 5 star weapon he is easier to customize for, although usually he has a Soul Jingo, so he can keep his SP high to use attack skills/spells(He has them all too!) and heal(yeah, all my characters have healing spells).
Gaspard is basically Saku but with a more consistant damage rate, he has the 'all elemental hits are critical' affect on his weapon and other than that mimics Saku, just cuter...
3) Pi and Yata
...nothing different here/// But the both mainly stick to normal attacks only, just cause I like their normal combos and command Yata to inflict status. of cast Vak Don or Ani Zot to beat armored or aireil enemies.
4) Shino and Tabby
In the FoP all my Melees for some reason only used magic on the bosses and Tabby was the only melee w/o spells and I brought shino along for the ride.(Tabby has spells now though)

I like Endrance and Atoli, or Endrance and Zelkova.

I haven't beaten volume three yet. (I have to level up to fight the Azure Knights and I'm not looking forward to that.) But I'd say Endrance, for sure .And maybe Natsume =3

at first i always bring at least 1 healer ( atoli / shino ) but lately after i got unlimited HP & MP healing (350hp, no usage limit, 50 MP no usage limit ) I barely use any healer...

Haseo, Bordeaux, Natsume put them all with crit +50% and set them in Rage ( plus acc for increase chance to rengeki for Haseo ) even the monster in FoP 70+ wouldnt stand a chance for 5 sec ( 10sec longest )

Haseo - Rengeki Damage Dealer
Bordeaux - Skill Trigger Damage Dealer
Natsume - Rengeki Chance Damage Dealer

u definitely like the three of them dashing through enemy and see those glorious "crit" splatterin' like crazy...

endrance? well he does have high P-Atk but he lack of defense... unlike Bordeaux with high attack and high defense ( she used middle armor and yet her defense could match up to haseo heavy armor ) trust me... bordeaux better than endrance... unless if u decided to raise some other char stats with zelkova virus exchange....

Endrance and Atoli that or Kite and Balmung.

Endrance- Cause he is a fellow emperor and he is an awesome fighter that has the lost weapon  誘惑スル薔薇ノ雫 or Tempting Rose which I think becomes the  魅惑スル薔薇ノ雫 or Seductive Rose.

Atoli- Just cause she is my best healer by the end of Vol. 3 and for the Lost Weapon  陽炎ト踊ル乙女 or Dancing Haze which becomes  陽炎ト踊ル巫女 or Flame Dancer.

So yeah they are the best.

Shino for healing of course always bring a healer. And Endrance because he is toatally awsome.

1. Zelkova and Yata. They are the god team. Both heal, both kick ass.

2. Kite and Natsume/Alkaid. Fast and furiouis twin blade action!

3. Orca and Bulmung. The legendary duo that beat The One Sin. How could I resist?

4. Shino and Tabby. Twilight Brigade will always be in my heart.

1) Silabus and Gaspard- the Canard Crew

2) Sakubo and Endrance- Perfect couple

3) Shino and Gaspard- Double Healing Power

4) Piros and Natsume- Double Attack Power

5) Alkaid and Shino- Balances Out Pretty well

Endrance and Bo.
Endrance, because I've always loved using blade users
and Bo, because healers are good, and he's not as annoying as Atoli

Shino and Endrance (Atoli before, but I like Shino better)

Shino is Shino. "Nuff said.
Endrance is cool and I find all his gay comments amusing (spoiler especially when you marry him spoiler)

I also like Kite and Balmung for Arena stuff, just for fun. Next time though I'm using Alkaid during the end parts because I'm starting to like her. I also want to see how well three twin blades work out (Haseo, Kite, and Alkaid).
