That coloring is horrible. Even I can do better in MS Paint.

 And he said that he was, and who else could have had the sharingan? Remember, someone named Itachi killed the clan with the exception of himself, Madara, and his little brother. I never really expected it to be Tobi, it was just a filler guess really, because the guy behind a mask is always someone who's fate we don't know. Hell it could have been Orochimaru for all we know. XD

But seriously....Kishi is foreshadowing Jiraiya's death to make it seem like he wants every one to know that he's about to kill him off.He needs foreshadowing lessons from Oh!Great.

Well, I have found a video of the Naruto fight scene where he gets impaled from the back. And then His body goes limp.

Thats from the movie...Were talking about the manga over here,something canon.Not that crappy non-canon movie where he "died" and Kyuubi gave him life....Again...But still...Jiraiya...Dieing...Now with this Rin'negan thing showing up,it seriously makes me think Jiraiyas going to die....

And on another note,If Pain's doujutsu(eye jutsu,for teh n00bs) is so great,why is he taking orders from Madara?
