Uh my vote is for Petter. Ya, no idea who petter is, but he's half as stupid as his name is writtin, then he just deserve's the biggest dumbass award.
Homer has displayed intelligence on many occaision's, and aside from that he is, for better or worse, a nuclear saftey inspecter. Fry has more of a childs brain than a stupid brain.

OK, consider this...
Peter had to go back in time 6-7 times to fix the space time continuum, because of going to the dance club with Cleveland. That seals the deal. That and the HindenPeter.

I have to say Peter though it's funny how he can only bring laughter to his family. The fact that he's stupid and always causing trouble reminds me of Coop from Megus XLR.

Yeah, but Quagmire getting Lois? Not exactly the best thing in the world in my opinion because the single, horny Quagmire inspires many to keep on, keeping on.

Eddy is 13, so I assume Ed is around that age since they were in the same classes. Of course, I'd not be surprised if he's failed. I'm not surprised that he ever passed 1st grade.
