I was so happy last episode when   Mello Died it made my day. Well only two episodes left!

I started watching Death Note a couple of days ago, and as of now I'm up to episode 35. It is an awesome series. Ryuk is really funny, I wouldn't mind having him around my house. I wouldn't mind having a death note either.

 I had to do that because I din't want anyone to go through what I went through. Some idiot revealed that L dies in the series while I was up to episode 3. That sucked. It's a shame he died though, he was one of my favorite characters. I hope Near avenges him. I don't like Mello though. He seems annoying.

Only two episodes left and I hope,   Near revenges L, but I know he probably wont. I am expecting that Ryuku *spelling?* will probably kill Light when his power becomes as big as his ego. MAJOR SPOILERS FOR ONE OF THE LAST EPISODES FOLLOWS! If you are up to episode 35 then you know that   Mello died, Takada killed him before offing herself. I loved that part!

Manga will spoil everything though, won't it?

After the heirs get involved, the storyline loses momentum.

I agree Ryuk was hilarious, before I watched death note I never really liked apples, but now I seem to be addict like Ryuk, Iv only had a withdraw once though during summer school....

Ive been thinking about this.   when light's dad died he had the shinigami eyes for like 10 minutes. So he wouldve died in 20 minutes? So either way he was not making it alive out of that mission.

I'm pretty sure it will be subbed, maybe not by the original subbers, but someone WILL sub it, I can assure you.

Has anyone else seen the live action movies? I actually saw those before the anime or read the manga. @_@

Its a good thing the last manga will be out soon so I won't have to wait those 50 to see what happens

I saw the first movie it was a big change compared to the series but once I got over it I found I liked the movie very much.
