wow I didnt even know endrance was elk but I can see the resembelance between the two cherecters. Well any way I never noticed the color difrence between endrance when he changes color. After the battle with haseo I thaught he may have fallen into a coma.

Why would he have fallen into a coma? Also, why would everything about Mia be significant if he wasn't Elk?

Right. An AIDA is still an AI, but it's not the same type as a Vagrant AI. They're two different "Races" of AI. Kind've like how humans and monkeys are both primates.

It is a revisioned version of the game. Who knows what it had done to Mia, besides everything in the game looks different compared to the first release; Example: Hulle Granz Cathedral was reshined.

So, him being desperately lonely...he accepted whatever he can get.

A. She simply remade her character.
B. She's really a hacker.
C. She's secrectly an Adept Rouge.

Can it not simply be a dramatic device (as black is pretty much universally a colour of mourning)?

 Or has everyone forgotten that her character changed from white to black after Ovan was abducted/disappeared?

And, to repeat the many people above, it's pretty standard to be able to make cosmetic changes to a character's appearance in an MMO. However, there's no mention and little if any evidence that this is the case in The World. Posts in the BBS boards of GU seem to indicate to me (by mentioning "oh, wow, rogues can change their appearance!") that it's not usually an option. I highly doubt that Shino created a new character, but I'd rather just leave it at 'she's in mourning, works for the story'.

I think changing colour is possible. I'm wondering about Endrance encasing himself in an ice block more.. how the hell did he do that? some kind of epithaph power?

Well, if you look at the flashback that Haseo has in the cathedral before Azure Kite appears in Rebirth, the events of which occur early on in Roots, then it appears that Shino's character has always had the black outfit. If you look at the prototype trailer from 2004, back when Shino and Atoli had different character models, then her outfit was black. The white outfit may originally have just been something the Roots crew came up with.

No it's not. Shino's only black in every scene because of Haseo's memories. Roots versions of those scenes are how they actually happen.

it's probably soemthing you can pay to do. like on phantasy star online you pay 10,000 meseta (the currency on the game) to change your outfit and stuff
