 Ive heard in Zero that Subaru and Tsukasa go out on "dates" so does that mean they are just going out as friends or is there a deeper connection? Other than the fact that I believe that they are soulmates.

I myself am generally not supportive of Tsukasa and Subaru as a pairing although the relationship the two of them have is very strong and I am not blind to that.

 Because of the things that result from Subaru and Tsukasa's relationship, including the logout and Tsukasa's emotional wellbeing that is upheld by his closeness to her, I do feel the two are very fit together. However, because of their past together and more importantly personal reason I am supportive of Krim and Subaru as a couple. While the series does not lead them in that direction, it merely hints at a past between the two and an underlying set of emotions, I do personally believe the two would be great together..

To tell you the truth I always got the impression that Crim loved Subaru in a brotherly sort of way.  In The Eve ep. where he tells Tsukasa about Subaru's condition IRL, he bugged her like any brother would to see if she was alright.

At least thats what I think. SilverKnight's crush on her is a whole other story....

 I figure them as beeing girlfreinds not beeing "girlfreinds" I mena every girl Ive know had at least one freind that was really close. I mean Tsukasa was really depressed and Subaru helped..him..err..her. So I think there close in a best freinds sorta way.

I don't know what constitutes as a spoiler to the .hack noobs so Imma do this whole post in spoiler. Whee.

 Krim must be over 20 because he was away on a business trip. Judging by Subaru's real world appearance she looks like a teenager. If not she is still young, but in her 20s. At first I did always think of Krim and Subaru's relationship not romantic, but as though Krim were someone to guide her and help her. But then I started thinking about how hot they both are ingame and particularly the hair color got to me and I started thinking, especially because of their past and the way Subaru is with him in the first episode we see him; I started believing they were well suited for one another.

I think Crim is  around 27-29 while Subaru and Tsukasa are at least 18-20 because Bear adopts Tsukasa and she goes off to college/boarding school in .hack//zero novel.

I think that Subaru's and Tsukasa's relation ship is good because they can keep eachother moving and going through the world. Tsukasa gives every thing he can to protect Subaru and do anything for her. Subaru is the same for Tsukasa. I having role played as Tsukasa had to play his role with Subaru and the friend ship they had hit me that they care for eachother and the will do anything to protect one a nother.

Yes, Tsukasa is a girl, however because she plays a man in The World, for the purpose of this discussion we count her as he. Even so, they have a really strong friendship, so its all good either way.

.hack//ZERO is in Japanese only, and as far as I've heard, there are no plans to translate it into English. If you can read Japanese, or know someone who can translate it, I'd suggest trying Amazon Japan, or some Japanese online shop (but I don't know any of them).

'Tis a shame they're not planning to translate it - I'd like to know how it all goes as well

Wish I could read Japanese -- anywho, I support Tsukasa and Subaru's relationship, be it a gay one, or one of friendship. I think they really have this, deep connection. But then again I have a weird way of thinking. ^^;
I wouldn't care if they stayed good friends, or as lovers --I love e'm anyways xB
