Favorite .hack// Characters
This is a tough one...
I like a lot of characters for a lot of different reasons.
Tsukasa's got a special place for me. A friend of mine adopted a cat, and I named him Tsukasa. Nevermind the fact that Tsukasa is later revealed to be female. We'll just ignore that little plot complication. ^.~
I like Gardenia for her strong, yet silent demeanor (I haven't finished the last two PS2 games yet, so if this changes in the final two games of the series, please don't ruin it for me) as well as for the fact that she can also take care of herself and her own battles. I can respect those qualities in a woman...nevermind the fact that she's just a game character. Those qualities make the character believable.
I also really like Ouka, the Divine Fist. She may not be as quiet as Gardenia, but would YOU want to get on a werewolf's bad side? Neither would I. ^.~
The humorous qualities of Sora and Piros also strike me. A sense of humor never hurt...except Sora's mouth ended up catching up to him...
The most enigmatic characters also strike a chord in me. Helba's mysterious personality draws me in...I'm looking forward to see what her role in the series evolves into.
Last but not least, there's Macha. Of all of the characters, I'd say that Macha fascinates me the most. From Macha's ability to communicate to Tsukasa, to the choice to defend Tsukasa from Morganna's attacks ultimately leading to Macha's destruction, to the super-cool bowing introduction in BOTH the anime and the game...Macha rules all.
Regarding .hack//G.U., I guess one could say that a certain Artificially Intelligent Data Anomaly might cue some interest in me...not that my avatar or screenname are any indicators of that. ^.^;;
As for what awaits in the upcoming series (i.e. A.I. Buster, Mou Hitotsu no Tanjou*, and Fragment), it's a bit too soon too tell, but I'm sure I'll find something there.
Guess that's it for me!

*Mou Hitotsu no Tanjou=Another Birth (I wanted to know what the translation was...and that's what I came up with. I hope I'm not wrong on it.)

Almost. You're one letter off. The word you want is tanjou.A.I.D.A. wrote:*Mou Hitotsu no Tenjou=Another Birth (I wanted to know what the translation was...and that's what I came up with. I hope I'm not wrong on it.)

I dunno
I dunno... I've always been fond of Tsukasa. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because I have a lot in common with him/her (haha). I also liked Mistral. She's kinda hyper.

my fav would be whoever kills piros the most
Stewie for governor! http://www.mtv.com/bands/az/eminem/artist.jhtml# aww it didnt work, oh well just click 50 cent vs eminem
alwes downing piros come on the guy hacked into the game and changed his char plus he roleplays 24/7. everyone talking about him all the time proves that he did what he wanted to do "stand out"
Tsukasa:Instead of dwelling on the fact that I can't log out, just think that I don't have to. After all, now I don't have to return to that ludicrous world. I like it this way...it's not so bad...

Sora is just immature which is natural for his real age. I wouldn't call him a prick. My favorite character would have to be Bear and Mimiru.
BTW. Does eveyrone know that Kite was really a girl!! And she was the person in the dvd's that came with the games. I allways thought that was blackrose but I now know that it was kite.

lol yea its wierd how these .hack things work. Its like all the main characters are chicks. And whats really weird is how at the end of .hack//sign. When Tsukasa and Subaru meet in person. Tsukasa is a chick and Subaru is a chick in a wheel chair. And they fell in love.Mystical Mancer wrote:lol u didnt know that. it was obvious. lol get with the times. j/k i didint know either. thats cool.

But that is what makes the .hack series a true work of art. Its originallity of things.
